The living room is a cosy and welcoming space, furnished with two comfortable sofas and an armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A large window fills the room with natural light during the day, while soft lighting in the evening creates a homely atmosphere. With a TV for entertainment and plenty of seating, it’s an ideal spot to unwind, whether you’re watching a film, reading a book, or simply enjoying some downtime.



The modern kitchen is bright, welcoming, and fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals. It features a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, and a fridge/freezer, along with a dining table with seating - perfect for enjoying meals together or a cosy coffee break!



The bedroom is cosy and beautifully decorated, featuring a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage with a spacious wardrobe and drawers. Soft furnishings and thoughtful touches create a relaxing, homely atmosphere - perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply)

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
