Bright and clean through out and with decent sized bedrooms. Easy to gain access to the property. Was only a 10 minute taxi from the centre of town and had parking on site.

Amble parking, easy to get in to the property. Hot water, and comfy bed. Wifi good.
Very spartan. Beware the dust bunnies. Lack of hooks on doors, or sockets (had to move room).

The apartment was ideal for the occasion. On the door step of the UEA for a night out at a gig. The price was a highlight and that the owner was at the end of the phone with good communication.
It really depends on what you are expecting, the price and location for what occasion. For me it was ideal and perfect for what was needed.

Plenty of free parking, decent size bedrooms. Convenient for a short stay where you're going to spend the majority of the time out and about, which was the purpose of our trip.
Some areas were quite dusty. The quilt/pillows for the sofa bed look quite old and were torn in places. The surrounding area was a bit noisy during the night/early hours of the morning.
