Excellent place to spend your vacation in Kavala

Everything. The home is tasteful. The location had a gorgeous view. It is very nice. Truly it is a 9.5 / 10

The one thing I didn't like was the Wifi. It worked very badly even just outside the villa. And it was not secured. I ended up using my own internet. But this is a very small thing.

Clean and good facilities,but really warm (there is AC however)

Very clean room, host responsive and nice, bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival, coffee machine for American coffee (coffee and sugar provided), comfortable bed and good pressure of the shower.

We were in the small room No 2, and this is only for this room, the other is ok probably. As there is no roof above the ceiling, and the window there is very small, the room gets warm very fast, the terrace looks to the east and is really hot. There is an air conditioner, but I cannot sleep with AC on, so maybe only my problem.

Perfect location, 45 minutes to Keramoti Ferry. Clean apartment. All kitchen and bathroom items are available. Condider here as a second apartment in Kavala. It is highly recommended 🏖️

Excellent apartment for a holiday or getaway. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms are very clear. The Kitchen has everything you will need . Location is great, maybe around 5-10 min to the closest beach. Loads of grocery shops around. The city centre is about 30 min walk right next to the shore/beach. The host was also extremely helpful . Overall amazing place. Definitely will be back.

Great apartment with fantastic sea view

Nice clean apartment, situated on a 20-30 minutes walking distance from the city center, 5 minutes by car. We stayed only 2 nights but it's absolutely comfortable for longer stay with all necessary amenities. Great terrace with fantastic sea view, two big shops nearby and free parking place inside which is a big advantage for Kavala. We visited beaches after Nea Peramos so the location was perfect because we avoided the traffic jam in the city. We'll be back for sure!

The property is modern (recently renovated) with enough space and clean. The view is absolutely gorgeous - having your coffee early in the morning on the terrace and seeing the water glittering in the pale sun rays, it's just heaven.

I liked it was modern and that we had everything we needed to (we stayed there for one month). The positioning is great. I really appreciated the garden and the terrace - it made a big difference to have always some time outside.

The place is superb. The view is impressive and the house has all we needed. We will choose it again for sure. The position is also close enough to the center. It is close to Rapsani beach, but we visited winter so we didn't try it.

Best place I ever stayed in.

This is my third review, having booked three one-month stays. I have been travelling for five years and stayed in hundreds of places, and this is the best, of all the many places I have stayed in, in every corner of the world. A really nice apartment, as I mentioned, with a great view, and a host who goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant, and really cares. If you are going to Kavala, stay here! You will have everything you need, along with a caring, communicative host!
