Overwave Apartment

Comfortable and clean apartment on top of apartment building with great views and a terrace. Small kitchen with all necessities. Banana and cookies were nice to have on arrival. Convenient location - not too close and not too far to city center.

There were no sheets in the second bed even though two beds were advertised, just single sheet in the bigger bed. I had reserved this apartment because it advertised two beds (as we prefer sleeping in separate beds as we are not a couple). There is no dishwasher even though advertised. The apartment is quite cramped, indoor space is certainly less than the advertised 60 m² (the number probably includes the outdoor terrace too). To be able to turn on the air-conditioning you need to check that all windows are closed and enter a card in a holder near the door, but there was no instructions for this (it created some stress initially but it was solved by sending a message to host). We did find a parking spot every time but I can imagine there can be cases when all the places are full. You are not allowed to throw used toilet papers in the toilet but there is a separate garbage can for those (a bit yucky but this is normal in many areas in Greece).

Amazing location, very clean apartment, and kind, friendly staff.

We had a lovely staying! The apartment was very clean, very well equipped, from kettle to caffe machine and hairdryer or iron, we found everything we needed. A huge thumb up for the wonderful terrace with an amazing view of the sea! We especially appreciated Catherine, one of the kindest and most ready to help host! I strongly recommend this place for the easy parking, also. We could see the car from the terrace.

We liked everything!

Kavala este un oras superb care merita vizitat. Pozitionarea apartamentului foarte aproape de plaja, micul port din fata cazarii este foarte dragut. Apartamentul este suficient pt doi adulti si un adolescent, terasa foarte generoasa si cu o pliveliste de milioane. Noi am fost la sfarsitul lunii octombrie asa ca a fost liber si foarte liniste. Am facut chiar baie in mare desi apa are temperatura de 19 C.
