Cosy, with incredible terrace and view

I liked everything in this apartment. It looks and feels better than the photos. Every detail in it is lovely. The kitchen was small, but with everything you need for cooking. The terrace was my favourite feature. The view was outstanding. Every day we find a free parking space around the building., so the parking was not a problem. Definitely will be visiting again.

Excellent apartment

I've been in Greece 10+ times and that's my best experience. 1) Apartment is new and shiny. Everything is nice, clean and looks like it was bought yesterday. 2) Apartment is extremely well-equipped with ALL necessary things, especially the kitchen - small one, but it has big fridge, coffee machine, a lot of tableware and other kitchen gadgets. Nice smell all over apartment. 3) Gorgeous terrace with breathtaking seaview! 4) Location is also excellent - zero problems with parking (it's free ofc), 300m to nice supermarket, 300m to bus station where you can reach city center in 20 mins.

The apartment is really great, with all necessary facilities. Everything is clean and modern. The best part is a big terrace with a beautiful sea view. Where else can you see Athos from your apartment.

The apartment is beautiful. it is placed on the top of a small peninsula, with a 180 degree seaview (the room, the kitchen and the terrace overlook the sea). It is placed in a quiet neighbourhood at a 4 km seafront walk from the city centre. There is a large beach in front of the apartment and a small neighbourhood centre (with shops and restaurants) at a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a huge terrace with a stunning view, a very well-equipped and practical kitchen, a large comfortable bed and a nice sofa, very practical storage spaces, a washing machine and comfortable shower facilities. The apartment is suited for a longer stay. The owner is very nice and responsive.

you can’t use the toilet and AC in same time this really was a pain so long the apartment is top floor and apartment is small, i would attach the sensors on the bathroom door not bathroom window. terrace door needs a handle on outside for the AC to work pipes in the bathroom smell in really hot days. Most recommended restaurants in town center so you will pay also around 15 for taxi with return, no point going in car because of parking issues.

The aparment was great, clean, modern, comfortable, spacoius wardrobe & clean bathroom. We were just 2 persons but the sofa can be used by 2 persons for sleeping(child) + the bed for 2 adults. Kitchen well equiped and the best was the terace. It is huge and it has full view on the sea. The location is great it is at 2 minutes walk near 2 very beautifull beacheas(1 more populated and a very small and intimate one) and it is also near the supermarket and a gyros taverna. From the location to the port and the city center is about 30 min walk. The host was really friendly and she gave us tips & tricks related to places to eat and where to buy local product. It was worth all the money spent.

Is not about the aparment but have in mind that saturday and especially sunday everithing is closed( stores/market, even souvenir shops), only tavernas are open but the feeling is of emptyness

Contact with Katerina was 1st class, such a pleasure. Apartment is clean, beautifully decorated, bright (but with automatic window shutters to ensure a great night’s sleep..), great location for us - a 2 min walk to either a secluded rocky cove, or the long sandy beach. Amazing sea view balcony that (although partially blocked view by a hotel next door) has perfect views of the beach and mountains. Amazing sunsets! And a very thoughtful welcome gift of wine, water, bananas and chocolates made it all the more special. A massive outdoor area (rooftop), table & chairs under a pergola, or bistro table & 2 chairs under the retractable awning. We didn’t want to be in the town centre (we like walking & we have a dog), so the 45 min walk to The Castle ( mixture of along some safe & wide roadside pathway, then some beautiful beach & a park) was perfect for letting our fur baby have a good run around :). We found YALOS restaurant (about 15 min) along our walk to the Castle, it’s a beachside restaurant with tables on a covered terrace - excellent food, location & friendly staff (Maria..;)).

The apartment was well equipped. We had everything we could possibly need. We even had some fresh flowers. The location is great. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the road.

Un loc in care merita sa te intorci! Multumim gazdei noastre pt buna comunicare!

Kavala este un oras superb care merita vizitat. Pozitionarea apartamentului foarte aproape de plaja, micul port din fata cazarii este foarte dragut. Apartamentul este suficient pt doi adulti si un adolescent, terasa foarte generoasa si cu o pliveliste de milioane. Noi am fost la sfarsitul lunii octombrie asa ca a fost liber si foarte liniste. Am facut chiar baie in mare desi apa are temperatura de 19 C.

Ne- au placut foarte mult locația apartamentului si priveliștea de pe terasa. Deasemenea, apartamentul are un aer modern, iar gazda ne- a întâmpinat cu biscuiți, banane si apa , pentru care ii mulțumim frumos.

Vom reveni cu drag mereu!

Am fost cazati a doua oara in acest loc si vom reveni mereu ori de cate ori vom veni in Kavala. Este o locatie minunata. Totul a fost conform asteptarilor. Terasa imensa, vederea pe care o ai, faptul ca gasesti loc de parcare tot timpul, magazin la 3 minute cu tot ce vrei si nu in ultimul rand faptul ca este pet-friendly fara o extrataxa face din acest loc sa vrei sa te intorci mereu. Multumim pe aceasta cale proprietarei.

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie

De locatie was uitstekend! Het was rustig en toch nabij het strand. Er is ook een supermarkt in de buurt wat handig is. Het appartement is heel netjes en verzorgd. De airco werkt goed en was fijn om te kunnen gebruiken. Het uitzicht op de zee is heel mooi. De gastvrouw was erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben een voortreffelijk verblijf gehad. Konden we maar langer blijven!

Prachtig penthouse in een levendige stad

Het dakterras was echt geweldig. Aan alle kanten de zee zien verveelt nooit. Aan alles was gedacht. Er was wijn, fruit, water, koekjes en chocolade. Er was zelfs een eerste hulp kit in het appartement en een brandblusser aanwezig. Het bed was prima voor ons lange Nederlanders, het lag comfortabel. Verder was er een waterkoker, koffiezetter en Nespresso machine aanwezig. De ligging ten opzichte van het stand is uitstekend. Parkeren kon je altijd op het pleintje ervoor. Er zit een supermarkt vlak onder het appartement. De Lidl is ook dichtbij. We hebben lekker gegeten bij Fou Fou taverna en Yalos taverna. Er zitten een paar heel goede Gyros zaakjes binnen tien minuten wandelen. Als je een langere wandeling langs de boulevard wilt maken ( ongeveer 30 minuten) vind je ook genoeg restaurants. Je komt dan in het oude levendige centrum en hier hebben we twee keer bij de Taverna To Araliki gegeten. Er is genoeg te zien qua musea en er zijn mooie stranden in de buurt. Batis vonden wij te commercieel maar Paleo Beach op ongeveeer 6 kilometer is een aanrader. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad hier. De gastvrouw was ook makkelijk te bereiken als je iets nodig had zoals handdoeken of beddengoed.

Er was geen broodmes aanwezig om brood te snijden.

Frumos apartament cu o vedere minunata

Gazda -Katerina -o persoana extrem de placuta, ne-a asteptat cu fructe, dulciuri si apa rece. Apartamentul curat si frumos decorat, din dormitor se vede rasaritul, de pe terasa imensa apusul, complet utilat cu tot ce e necesar pentru o vacanta de cel putin o saptamana. Se afla la ultimul etaj al unui bloc de 4 niveluri dar are lift. De la iesirea din cladire sunt 20-30m pana la plaja din golf. Un loc frumos in care te poti simti extraordinar.
