Pretty good, with small improvements it might be even better.

Large apartment, awesome location, and nice views. Pretty cosy place. Huge balcony, huge bedroom.

The kitchen/kitchenette facilities are not very comfortable to use. The electric stove is not working (but there was a spare compact one).

We will be back

The place has a great location. There are two large capacity paid public car parks nearby, the price is €9 for 24 hours and you can leave and enter multiple times within the paid stay. The apartment is spacious and bright, the residential building is quiet and peaceful. The windows insulate well and the noise from the main street is barely audible, and the inner bedroom is absolutely quiet. In the area there is a supermarket, ready-made food, pastry shops, bakery, butcher shop, cafes. 3 minutes walk from the marina, children's amusement park and the promenade. There is also a park nearby with very good equipment for children. The central part is a 5-8 minute walk away, you practically don't need transport to explore the center and the old town. The hosts are accurate and there was nothing unclear or different from what was stated. We will be back again.

Great place for a city stay

Very spacious and clean apartment. Very comfortable beds. We all had a great night sleep. The apartment is also very quiet. Has a fully equipped kitchen as well. Great location with easy free street parking in the proximity.

The apartment has no balcony, however it has lots of windows hence it is bright and was facing the backyard which made it very quite during both day and night.

Great owner, very responsive. Great location, everything was just steps away. Great balcony with nice views. Very nice building with elevator, we were travelling with my elderly parents so it was a necessity for us. The apartment has an interesting layout but it gives privacy to two couples traveling together. Probably it was a very big apartment and divided to two; a deluxe apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a great balcony but a small bathroom/kitchen area and a studio with a big kitchen and a big bathroom but only one bedroom and no balcony. We stayed in deluxe. There are two air conditioners, one in living room one in main bedroom. We parked to Gianni's garage on Venizelou St. which is 250 meters away and charges only 1.60 € for over night stays.

Bathroom/kitchen area is really cramped. We didn't use the kitchen much so it didn't matter but the bathroom was really hard to fit in. The main bedroom has so much unused space, it could be added to bathroom/kitchen area and the bedroom would still be great. A little bit noisy when the balconies are open but we loved the location so it didn't bother us.

Anforgetable stay at Kavala.

The location was perfect just in the center of a beatiful Kavala. Apartment was fully equiped in kitchen and bathroom. There were everything, even dishwashing liquid, spoonge, shampoo, balsam,soap ets. Apartment was clean and enough for 5 persons. Many thanks to owners because we were pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Location

The apartment is located in the city center. You can leave your car, for 6€ per day, in a parking 100m away. Everything is in walking distance. The house is very clean. The double bed is very comfortable. There is a sofa for the third person, not a bed. The kitchen, well equipped, the sofa and the bed are all in a the same space,which is big and comfortable. The house is a real value for money.

Lokatie

Ze waren niet aanwezig op afgesproken tijd. De personeel kwam niet opdagen. Na zoveel telefonisch contact krijgen we andere appartement, Wij hadden andere appartement gehuurd. De Sleutel koker code werkte niet. Na twee uur lang telefonische contact hebben we andere mensen gevraagd of zij ons kon helpen. Ik vind dat ze niet verdiend dat het geld die ze hebben ze gekregen van ons. Slecht begonnen met vakantie. 😞
