Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική από πλευράς προσβασιμότητας με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Καβάλας. Αυτό είναι και το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του καταλύματος. Εξαιρετικά εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Μεγάλος χώρος.
Τα παράθυρα βλέπουν σε απρόσωπο ακάλυπτο πολυκατοικίας το οποίο βέβαια αναφέρεται στα χαρακτηριστικά του καταλύματος. Η φωτό όμως που είναι αναρτημένη δεν ανταποκρίνεται καθόλου στην πραγματικότητα. Έντονη μυρωδιά από τσιγάρα στο χώρο προφανώς από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες.

The property location is one of the best in the city of Kavala. Close to the port and central area. 15 min walking distance from old town. Around the building are 4 paid parkings. Keramoti is 40 min with car, nea peramos beaches 30 min. All the bed sheets were clean.
Hygiene is not on par. There was a lot of dust on lamps (lamp in second bedroom is full with dead flies and other bugs) and the kitchen had bad fish smell coming from the fridge area. For the money hygiene could be a lot better. Another thing to mention is that the situation of turning on and off manually the hot water is not ok at all (at least when ON there was a lot of hot water, enough for bath of 4 people)
