Everything was just perfect. You should definitely stay at this place if you want to meet the best hosts! They were very helpful and friendly, the communication with the owner was excellent. At the arriving they had prepared pizza for us and left eggs and coffee for the morning. Truly amazing!!! About the apartment - very good location, 3-5 minutes to the center. There is free parking place in front of the building, but if it's occupated you can park in the parking behind, which is super cheap. Inside the apartment is completely new, very well equipped and the beds are super comfortable.

Nice clean and cosy.

The landlords were very nice and welcoming, on our arrival they've prepared for us pizza and Greek beer 🍻 we also had cold water in the fridge and coffee for the next morning. We are very happy with our staying, would definitely recommend.

The only thing we would have liked better is cover sheet for sleeping instead of a bedspread.

Lovely young hosts, met us with smile, had prepared for us everything to make us feel comfortable! Very smooth check in and out! Charming traditional fully equipped apartment in the best area of the city. We had nice coffee break and breakfast, refreshing walk before we left! Very nice apartment, clean, well located, with everything you need in place. The host was very nice, waited for us with something to eat and some sweets and was very well prepared with recommendations of different places and activities. We really enjoyed the city and its vibe and if we will return in the future we will definitely choose the same place to stay.

Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Ev gayet temiz, düzenli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Merkeze yakınlığı, konumu, yan tarafında otopark oluşu çok büyük rahatlıktı. Ev sahibi Theo ve babası çok yardımcı ve samimiydiler. Kavala’ya 3. gelişimizdi, bundan sonra ki gelişlerimizde mutlaka yine tercih edeceğiz.

Evde herşey düşünülmüş. 2 yatak odası var ve ikisinde de çift kişilik yatak mevcut. Bir solon Var burada da bir koltuk var. Güzel bir balkonu var. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüş. Filtre kahve makinesi, kapsül kahve makinesi, su ısıtıcısı, mikrodalga fırın, ocak, buzdolabı mevcut. Theo çok cana yakın biri. Evin özelliklerini anlattı hatta nerelere gidebileceğimizi bizimle paylaştı. Yataklar çok rahattı. Evde 4 yetişkin rahatlıkla kalabilir. Konum olarak her yere yürüme mesafesinde sahil boyunda olması yürüyüş yaparken yokuş çıkmanıza gerek kalmıyor. Evin önünde ana caddede araç bırakılaniliyormuş ama ben arkadaki otoparka bıraktım Evin balkonundan da görebiliyordum (24 saat 9 euro). Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sevmediğim birşey yok diyebilirim. Ancak 2. Yatak odasında da bir klima olsa iyi olurdu. Ama çok da ihtiyaç değil. Zaten 2 tane klima var.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα δυο υπνοδωματίων στη Καβάλα!!

Ήταν από τα πιο όμορφα και καθαρά καταλύματα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί. Όταν μπεις μέσα σου δίνει την αίσθηση της καθαριότητος . Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια, κουζίνα σαλόνι και ντούζ , όλα πολύ προσεγμένα. Με κλιματισμό και το κτίριο γενικά πολύ καθαρό.Σε 15 λεπτά είσαι στο κέντρο της Καβάλας. Τόσο ο Θεόφιλος όσο και ο πατέρας του ο Κώστας είναι πολύ καλόι άνθρωποι και σε κάνουν να νοιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
