Marvelous Experience - Pleasant Stay

Let me summarize my experience in a few words. 1) The hostess Eftychia was very friendly and gentle. 2) The apartment is recently renewed. It's clean, warm, big enough and it's very ergonomic. If you are looking for a long-term staying, this is your place for sure. 3) The apartment is in the heart of Kavala. You can access everything within 3-5 minutes walking. Overall the whole experience could be described as PLEASANT STAY

Excellent place with amazing people

Staff is amazing and extremely helpful so was the owner. Very lovely people! They took care of us at all times. All amenities are new and everything is excellent! And they surprised us with a present! I will definitely return back, haven't been to a better place!!!

Great location

The apartment was clean, as in the pictures. It was located in the city center, close to restaurants, taverns, shops, Kavala Bay, so it was easy to go for a walk or to find places to have lunch/dinner. It was very clean having all the utilities. We also received fresh fruits, cold bottles of water & wine. Eftychia was a great host and helped us find another property for our relatives who came in Kavala.

Situated in the city center, it was a little noisy at night (music seagulls), but acceptable.

Centrally located

The apartment was really nice and as per the picture on Booking. It is located in the center of Kavala in the middle of shops, bars and restaurants. As the location is central, there is no need of a car during evening. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and has a small balcony to relax.

It was some construction work on the same level of the apartment and one day it was a bit noisy. I would have appreciated to be informed about that before my stay. there was no hair-dryer...

Beyond pleasant, it was an amazing stay!

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and more! There was brilliant storage solutions that still made the apartment feel spacious! We traveled with our 10 month old baby that is still learning how to walk, so as well as furniture and supported walking, also crawled; the apartment was spotlessy cleaned that baby was able to crawl safely! It was minimalistic decorated with little quirky touches...on arrival we even had some nuts and crisps as well as bottle of wine complementary and thankfully some cold water too! Sakis was so attentive and considerate, once he had realised we had traveled with our baby he provided us with some plug covers to avoid any accidents and even went above an beyond and got us a toy! Eftichia was also very attentive and always ready to assist us.

Tesisin konumu harika tam merkezde. Otopark yunanistan’ın genel sorunu bu nedenle bunu bilerek gidin. Tesis çalışanları çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü işlerini iyi yapıyorlar. Salonu yatak olarak açmışlardı hoşumuza gitti. Evin mobilyaları çok modern ve yeni. Ayrıca evin yan tarafındaki restaurantta mutlaka yemek yiyin. Kavala’ya üçüncü gidişim ortadaki büyük otelde de kaldım ama burası en konforlu yerdi.

Konum harika, karşılayan kişi güler yüzlü ve samimi. Park sıkıntısı var ama biraz araştırılırsa halledilemeyecek gibi değil. Ayrıca şarap ve atıştırmalık hediyeleri için tesis sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

Gittiğimiz gün akşamı yoğun inşaat sesleri oldu akşam ama tekrarlamadı. Çekyat rahatsızdı. Günde bir çok kez klise çanı çalıyor rahatsız olabilirseniz tercihinizi ona göre yapın.
