Best place to stay in Central Kavala

Home owners Niko and his wife were very kind to us. The place is in the heart of Kavala with every facility available.5 minaresi to the center on foot. It is an ideal place for a family of four. Never think another place in Kavala especially if you have a car as your car will be in a closed and secure garage

Lovely and warm place that we’ll never forget.

Everything was great! It was clean and spacious appartment. The kids loved the aquarium with the fish. Also, we liked the private parking and the warm welcome from the host!

Very nice apartment within a five minute walk of everything!

The apartment was very nice, and in a central location. The hosts were excellent (very helpful, accommodating and kind)! A huge selling feature was the presence of a garage for our car. Parking in Kavala is a nightmare, and it was great to know that we didn't have to worry about finding a spot every night.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people. We were seven. The fold-out couch was not very comfortable for the two members of our group that slept on it.

Beyond expectations

Amazing accommodation and way beyond what we expected. Pictures do not give it justice. The host was very responsive and helpful. Self check-in was easy and smooth. There are 3 very efficient airco units that cool the place immediately. Two toilets, making it very practical for a group of 5 people. The location is a walking distance from the city center and main sightseeing points. Parking was large and easily accessible. The place is hyper-equipped with all toiletries and kitchen equipment. We would gladly come back anytime when in Kavala. Thank you!

everything was perfect . according to price , the place is priceless ! all was very good . but ofcourse it depends on your expectations , we expected a place to sleep - to have a kitchen for cooking - a bathroom and hot water - ac - so we had all , all was working - beds and rooms were comfortable - ac were working perfectly .

Хозяин - заботливое золото! Встретил, помог припарковаться в собственном гараже, все показал и подсказал! Квартира в реальности намного больше и лучше, чем на фото. Лучшее соотношение цена-качество за все наши поездки. Большой зал с диванами и столами, оборудованная кухня, удобные ванные комнаты, хорошие спальни. Все есть, все продумано, удобно и приятно! Большое спасибо за такой удачный вариант размещения!

Если приедете в течение учебного года в будний день - не пугайтесь деток за окном - рядом школа :) В целом - никаких замечаний нет, все супер!

Es un apartamento situado en el segundo piso sin ascensor de una casa situada en un barrio de la ciudad.Al ser una ciudad en una ladera de la montaña las calles son tortuosas y estrechas algo difíciles para circular y caminar(hay mucha pendiente).Muy positivo es que tiene garaje particular(imposible aparcar en las cercanías) en el propio edificio.Tiene un gran balcón ,dos baños y dos habitaciones. La ciudad es muy animada y la zona costera está muy concurrida y llena de restaurantes.
