Κεντρικό σημειο..!! Είναι στην καρδιά της πόλης..!!
Όταν είναι χειμώνας με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 3-4 βαθμούς δεν γίνεται να περιμένεις να γίνει το check in για να ανοίξεις το κλιματιστικό που έχει για θέρμανση ο χώρος..! Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν αυτό… Ο χώρος άργησε πάρα πολύ να ζεσταθεί…

Локацията е топ. Намира се на две крачки от пристанището и много ресторанти и барове. Собственичката е много приятна и комуникацията с нея е много лесна.
Много е тясно за четири човека и е много шумно сутрин. Има спирка на автобус пред блока. Има какво да се желае на тема чистота. Разтегателния диван е много неудобен. Много е сложно да се намери паркомясто.
