A house with an excellent location!

A house with an excellent location! It’s a ground-floor unit from the front, but from the back — facing the sea — it’s on the third floor. Very easy to access, with a beautiful bird’s-eye view of the sea. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Extremely clean, very new, and has everything you might need. The balcony is large and spacious. All the windows have mosquito screens. We didn’t even need to use the air conditioning — the natural breeze was perfect. The bathroom is large. There are two side-by-side apartments located along an inner corridor, so it’s ideal for two families staying together. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and they even take care of the stray cats. It looks exactly like the photos. Private parking is available, and we had no issues at all. There’s a LIDL supermarket just 200 meters down the street. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this place 🙏

Die Lage war sehr schön, man hat einen guten Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neu gewesen und die Gastgeber waren beide sehr freundlich. Andonis, einer der beiden Gastgeber, hat uns sogar eine kleine Tour in Kavala gegeben. Da das Apartment recht neu ist, war die Küchenausstattung noch nicht vollständig (aber sie stimmte mit den Angaben auf Booking überein), sodass wir zunächst etwas hilflos beim Kochen waren. Andonis war aber sehr freundlich und hat entsprechende (neue) Kochutensilien auf unsere Nachfrage hin am nächsten Tag unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt! Klare Empfehlung, gut geeignet auch für Paare

Ein Tisch und ein Schrank innerhalb des Apartments wären noch schön gewesen Der Weg zum Apartment ist nur mit Auto/Taxi gut zugänglich, das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten (ein Bus hält in der Nähe, dann muss der Rest aber zu Fuß hoch gelaufen werden). Für Gäste mit Auto ist das aber kein Problem, ein Parkplatz steht auch zur Verfügung.

Totul a fost la superlativ! De la cazare si gazda, pana la magnificul oras Kavala!

Privelistea de pe cele doua fereste imenese ale apartamentul care mare, port si insula Thassos! Este minunat sa te trezsesti in fiecare dimineata cu aceasta priveliște! De vis! Apartamentul este foarte confortabil, foarte curat! Totul este nou! Si totul este fix ca in poze! Ba chiar in pozele lipseste terasa imensa de care dispune apartamentul si pe care iti poti bea cafeau relaxat dimineata! Gazda, de asemenea este foarte primitoare! Ne-a ajutat mereu cu sfaturi si recomandari excelente! In apartament am fost intaminati cu cate o sticla de apa fiecare, un suc pentru cel mic si o cutie cu desertul traditional din Kavala! In fata vilei exista un spatiu generos pentru parcarea masinii! Zona este f linistita!

Un apartament modern, echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie in vacanta , foarte curat , frumos , spatios si linistit în centrul de sus al orașului Kavala.Gazda ospitaliera si mereu disponibila sa te ajute , foarte amabil. Comunicare usoara si rapida. Descrierea locatiei este foarte exacta . O locatie foarte frumoasa cu vedere la port si mare.

Totul a fost perfect.Un oras deosebit si pitoresc. Locatie excelenta.
