Elaia Apartment

Geçen sene memnun kaldığımız için bu sene de tercih ettik. Bu sefer arkadaşlarımızla iki çift olarak konakladık ve yine çok memnun kaldık. Evin genişliği, konforu, balkonu ve sessizligi çok keyifli. Merkeze araba ile 5-10 dakika mesafede. Kapalı otopark olması büyük avantaj. Ev sahibi her anlamda çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Kendi evimdeki rahatlığı bulabildiğim, kuş sesleriyle uyandığımız huzurlu bir ortam.

Puno nam se dopao ogroman prostor, pogled je bio predivan, sve je bilo čisto.... Domaćica je bila odlična. Takođe je dobro što smeštaj ima i privatan parking.

Malo veći odabir posuđa za spremanje hrane.

Geniş, konforlu, sakin ve huzurlu bir yer. 2 çift için oldukça keyifli bir atmosfer ve ev sıcaklığında kuş sesleriyle uyanarak konaklamak mümkün. Balkonu ferah ve manzarası kısmen deniz manzaralı olsa da gayet hoş.

Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok. Sadece kahve makinelerinin çalışmaması ilkten biraz sürpriz yaratsa da idare ettik ve sorun olmadı.

Spacious and well-organised apartment, well suited for a family stay. The large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area makes this apartment genuinely desirable. The kitchen is the standout — modern, well-equipped, with good appliances and a practical layout.

Parking advertised in the listing and confirmed in multiple guest reviews does not exist as described. The host directed me to street parking on arrival while occupying one of the two covered on-site spaces herself. Not a welcoming experience — and this was not during the busy season when Kavala is flooded with tourists. Approximately 30 uneven steps from street level to the entrance, with no mention of this in the listing. Manageable without luggage. With it, considerably less so. Apartment was not cleaned to a guest-ready standard on arrival — dust was visible underfoot. The wall next to the fridge is in noticeably worse condition than the listing photos suggest. The bathroom has no mechanical ventilation — moisture persists despite leaving the window open all day. Sound insulation is poor: plumbing from the floor above and a dog pacing on tiled floors were clearly audible throughout the stay. Communication with the host was effectively absent after booking confirmation. She mentioned in an early message that she would follow up the day before our arrival — that message never came. After crossing the Greek border, I called several times with no answer, except on two occasions where the host disconnected the moment I said hello — I would like to think this was likely due to a language barrier. A WhatsApp message with the key box code arrived after 8 PM, which resolved entry, but is not a substitute for being reachable when a guest is standing outside your property.
