The appartment is really wonderful! Big rooms. Equiped with everything needed. The terasse is also a big plus, great sea view. Location is also amazing. Our host was absolutely helpful, on time with everything!

The apartment is very big. It is located near the port. Near it there are stores, restaurants, bakeries, you name it. There is a big balcony with a great view of the sea and port entrance, so in the morning, while drinking coffee, you can spot ships. Across the street there is parking available for 7,5€ / 24h. The communication with the host was perfect!

The are a lot of vases in the apartment so we had to be extra careful with the children. The windows don’t really block the sound so well.

Ideal place to stay for groups in Kavala

It is an ideal place to stay if you are travelling with a group of friends. Apartment is not renovated but very clean and has a feeling of a real home. The living room balcony offers great view of the sea and sunset. Beds are comfortable. There is one bathroom and an extra small toilet with sink and washing machine. Kitchen has many utensils. Nearby parking, supermarket, cafes are available. Center is a short walk away.

Central heating is available only during certain hours; AC remotes were not available for the rooms, leaving them chilly when the heating did not work. Due to older style big windows, sound isolation is not good; sunday is relatively quiet but other days can be bothersome.

The apartment is in the city center and close to everything. There is a paid parking lot right in front of it. There are markets and places to eat nearby. The owner is very helpful.

In cold weather, heating can be done with air conditioning. the sound of the nightclub at the back can be heard from the apartment on the weekend. sound isolation is poor.

Very Pleasant Stay

Our host was very kind, the house was amazing. We felt like we were in our own home. If I ever stay in Kavala again, I will definitely want to stay there. We had everything we needed in the house. Our host even left very kind treats for us. We even went shopping to the supermarket very nearby and prepared a great breakfast for ourselves. There is even a sandwich machine, along with tea, coffee machines or anything you may need in the kitchen.

The location of the apartment is in a very good place, it was clean and pleasant. The host was a super nice and responsive person who we relied on for most of our questions. The holiday was great, we will definitely visit again at the earliest opportunity. I highly recommend. ☀️🌊

Very close to old town, the sea shore and restaurants. The view from the main terrace is amazing, you can see both old city and the sea. Large apartment, all facilities necessary for families with children, beautifully decorated, equipped kitchen.

Dimitri is a great host, very helpful and kind, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, can host up to 3 families. You can find in the nearby everything you need,including parking area right across the street for 6 euro per day.

The apartment is at the main street and it might be challenging to sleep well.

A great place to stay in Kavala

The apartment has a great location and wonderful balcony with sea view. The place is very spacious and well furnished with nice interior design and some unique items. There is a parking straight across the street. There are food and coffee shops literally meters away.

Now that I know this place, I will never look for another accomodation in Kavala

A big apartment with lots of space for all - we were 3 adults and a child. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including all kinds of kitchen staff. It has not been recently renovated (which in fact is its charm and glamour) but is very clean, featuring all that beautiful old-fashioned furniture. Great view from the balcony towards the sea, the apartment is located just opposite the street market that takes place each Saturday morning. It is very close to shops, restaurants. Dimitris is a wonderful host, he was waiting for us to arrive and show us the apartment and was there to help how to turn on the TV and for all our questions about the city. He directed us to a cost-free parking. We had a great time in Dimitris' place and will surely choose it again during our next stay in Kavala. Thank you for all, Dimitris!

Shower hook was not usable and water was running out on the bathroom floor when taking a shower. But this was not a big issue.

Τα μπανια αν και πολυ καθαρα χρειαζονται καποιες επιδιορθωσεις.Οι συσκευες ηταν πολυ αργες: η καφετιερα, το σιδερο, ο φουρνος. Θα προτιμουσα καψουλες καφε αν και υπηρχε η συσκευη.

Evin konumu, büyüklüğü, temizliği ve özellikle de manzarası çok güzeldi. Otopark alternatifleri 2-3 farklı lokasyonda var. Sadece c.tesi günleri pazar yeri olarak kullanıldığı için tam karşısındaki otoparka park edemiyorsunuz, onun dışında hergün oraya park etmeniz mümkün. Otopark ücretleri de çok yüksek değil. Anahtarı teslim almamız ve eve yerleşmemiz için, ev sahipleri her türlü kolaylığı gösterdiler, hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle de kalabalık aileler rahatlıkla tercih edebilirler. Yataklar ve odalar gayet iyi. Salon ve mutfak ta gayet güzel. 1 banyo ve 1 wc mevcut. Binada asansör de bulunmakta.

Biz biraz soğuk havaya denk geldiğimiz için kaloriferler yanıyor olsa daha iyi olurdu. Klimalar odaları ısıtıyordu ancak banyo epey soğuktu. Bir de pencere doğramaları biraz ince olduğu için dışarıdaki sesleri içeride duyabiliyorsunuz.
