A very peaceful, spacious, and beautiful apartment . It would be perfect if the small shortcomings were fixed.

Its location and view are excellent. The rooms and facilities for families are quite good.

The floors are ceramic and there were no carpets or slippers available. The kitchen lacked basic food items that are used regularly, such as salt, sugar and coffee. The air conditioners were not working at full efficiency.

very close to the sea. we enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. the big screen tv is a plus . although there was no home heating system, the air conditioners were enough to keep us warm.the kitchenware was good.

the tv remote in the small room did not have batteries. But it did not matter as only greek channels were available.one of the insect screens of the bathroom was broken.

On of the rooms which was said to be for two, was definitely for only one person. Wasn’t really a room, probably an old storage room, but made comfortable with a single bed and a cute bedside and curtains.

Not really a criticism but I’d probably have earplugs if sleeping in front bedroom because some late night noise of people and cars kept me awake for a bit.

The perfect seaside getaway! This bright and extra spacious apartment offers a truly unforgettable stay with its breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. We waked up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed our morning coffee on the wide balcony overlooking the coastline.

Lovely Apartment with lots of space.

It is very quiet, and close to the beach - great views from the large terraces. The apartment is very big, with plenty of space. Street parking is generally good, with some possibility to use the small garage.

The single bed in the small bedroom was not comfortable…..so I am advised by my daughter.

Wonderful stay at the beach

Only a 4 min walk to a wonderful public beach. Parking was free and easy. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea.

Has a beautiful view and comfortable beds. More suitable for summer.

The thesis had a direct sea view. There were two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a sofa in the living room. The kitchen was large and functional.

The house was very cold; it was a summer house, so there was no heating. The air conditioners were on but they didn't heat the place. It only started to get warm after 5-6 hours. There was an extra heater which was useful, but the living room remained very cold. The toilet was broken and the flush was faulty, making it difficult to use.

Perfect Place to Stay in Kavala

Firstly, the owner of the house, Mario is a very good host. He provided all the details before we arrived. He met us when we get there. The house is big, very clean and the view is perfect. It is a little away from the city center but only costs 15 euros by taxi for the round trip. All the necessities were provided. There is no parking problem.

There is nothing negative in this house.
