Hello, We just wanted to say that everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. We truly enjoyed every detail of the apartment. We will definitely be coming back, and next time we would love to stay longer and, if possible, in one of the upper-floor apartments. Mr. Costos was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay — his hospitality made our experience even more special. Excellent hosts and cozy apartment

Considering our late check-in in the early morning hours, the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us, which I especially appreciate and am endlessly grateful for. They were very friendly and kind. The apartment was comfortable with all facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleanliness was at a high level. Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Balcony with a side sea view. I recommend it for families with children

When booking, there was an open view from the balcony. It was open to the front. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor, and the balcony overlooked the facade of the building opposite.

A spotless home, a wonderful host, and a flawless stay.

Despite booking at the last minute, the host welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality. The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The host even drove us into town for dinner, which we truly appreciated.

Everything exceeded our expectations — there was nothing we didn’t like.

Hosts were very nice to us, we received a gift for Easter, traditional. They were very receptive and helpful with booking and parking. Kids playground near by. Fast access to main street.

I recommend to park on the street below(near kids playground), 10m away, much easier, a lot of spaces.

Great apartment, highly recommend

Very nice apartment, with a terrace. Very clean and comfortable, both rooms had AC. The owner is very nice. It's best to park the car on the nearby main street because there is more space than in front of the apartment. The location is ideal, very close to a sandy beach with an excellent Taverna.

It was a great place - cozy, clean, and, equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The street is quiet , we slept very well and enjoyed the closeness to the sea :) The host is amazing and friendly - he gave us nice tips for dining options and grocery shopping

Our stay was enjoyable, with excellent hospitality and a minor inconvenience with the mattress.

The location was excellent. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. When our car broke down and we had to stay overnight in Kavalla, he kindly assisted us in getting to the vehicle service and retrieving our car. The facility was impeccably clean, and overall, our experience was fantastic.

The only minor drawback was the less-than-expected comfort of the mattress. Perhaps considering a change would enhance the overall experience and make the holiday even better.

A very pleasent stay.

Everything was perfect. The host was great and always responsive and helpful when needed. We received a warm welcome despite the late hour of our arrival. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything you need for your stay. The area was quiet ant peaceful.

Very nice apartment

The location was quiet (except the neighbour's balcony activities). The apartment was pretty and the facilities excellent. Everything was clean and in good condition. The host gave us good tips for visiting Thasos island.

Google Maps didn't locate the exact address, so it took time to find the building. The soundproofing was good to outside, not towards inside noise. The balcony wasn't quite what i expected, but it was my own fault, because i didn't look well enough the photos of the room.

We did not get the much needed sleep there

Kitchen was rather equipped.

Very uncomfortable beds. Even the one in the master bedroom. Water is making noises in the pipes in the walls all the night. Bring ear plugs. Host could be a bit more welcoming. Far from the city center, in a very narrow street, park somewhere across the road.

Nice apartment, well situated, very clean, friendly and helpful owner. Cleaning is made every three days. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, with a magnificent church dedicated to Saint Irini, we loved it. Easy to find a parking place. Easy access to local beaches, 5 minute walk to Kalamitsa beach. The town is beautiful, as well as the surroundings.

Beds could be more comfortable. We would have liked more wardrobes. Not many solutions for shopping (apart a Lidl, but we prefer Greek supermarkets) and restaurants in the neighbourhood, you have to go in the town center for restaurants, shopping and everything.
