Great apartment

The apartment was great for a family of 3. It has a pull out sofa which was very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is very close to the beach 3 minutes walk. The kitchen has a dolce gusto machine,a small fridge and an even smaller stove.i love the terrace of the place, we will definitely come back. The owner was very helpful with anything we needed, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a liter on nectar.

The only downside part is that owr vacation was over:(

Highly recommend toulipa as a place to stay it's wonderful.

Location is absolutely amazing, very close to the beach and other amenities. The apartment has everything you need ie full equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, tv, wifi and plenty more.

Nothing at all the apartment made my stay in kavala more amazing. George very helpful and informative.

Satisfăcător

Locația are 2 apartamente, fiecare apartament are dormitor, living, chicinetă și o baie. Este spațios, curat și oferă toate facilitățile de bază. În frigider găsești o apă rece, un vin și un suc de fructe pentru hidratare după drum. Apreciez gestul proprietarului.

Accesul la proprietate se face foarte greu, nu se poate localiza pe hartă, semnalul GPS se pierde, străzile sunt foarte înguste, nu sunt locuri de parcare... Parcarea de lângă proprietate nu o recomand, decât celor care au mașini înalte și cu tractiune bună, drumul de acces este foarte abrupt cu o inclinatie foarte mare fapt pentru care am avariat mașina personală. Parcarea se face pe stradă practic. Se percepe o taxă de reziliență climatică de 5 euro pe noapte și nu este specificat in descrierea cazării, indiferent de baza legală invocată consider că trebuia să fiu informat și nu să fiu pus în fața faptului împlinit. Se invocă o bază legală din 2016 modificată in 2021 și se aplica de la 01.05.2025, fapt care mă determină să nu cred în așa ceva. Nu am cunoscut gazda deloc, legatura s-a făcut doar prin mesaje și poze. Cheia de la apartament am găsit-o sub preș iar la intrare în apartament m-a așteptat o foaie de hârtie în care scria că trebuie să mai plătesc 25 de euro pentru taxa menționatămai sus. Total neplăcut. Prizele de la mașina de gătit nu funcționează, am fost nevoit să folosesc un prelungitor pentru a o utiliza. Nu se face curat în cameră nu se schimbă lenjeria. Plaja din zonă nu o recomand deoarece este mică, aglomerată și există construcții lăsate în paragină care creează disconfort și o ambianță neplăcută. În zonă nu sunt restaurante. Atenție unde mâncați și ce mâncați pentru ca noi am ajuns pe la spital iar prietenii noștri au avut probleme similare.

Приятные апартаменты, близко к красивому пляжу. Бонусом было вино и вода по прибытию.

Нас было трое-одеяло было одно. По прибытию было очень холодно,но включив кондиционер быстро прогрелось. На ночь приходилось оставлять включенными обогреватели и в одной из комнат каждые 5 минут в нем был стук и вспышка (короткое замыкание). Из посуды самый минимум,учитывайте это (сковороды нет). Для короткого пребывания вполне сойдет.
