We had a great stay!

The interior was really beautifull. There were all kind of utilities in the cupboards. The people that welcomwd us were really friendly and helpful The terrace was amazing! Everything was cleqn and tidy! It's really close to a cozy beach!

It had everything we needed! Clean, with a big balcony, comfortable! The staff was really helpful!

Excellent place for family vacation Staff was very open to help, and send us which places to visit. What to say more, five plus for place, and very quiet neighborhood. And not to forget, mornig café from terrace and view of the sea!!

The Apartment we booked was booked twice so we had some waiting time and discussions at the arrival- but Evris arranged for us a really nice Apartment for the same price. Actually we thought it would be walking distance to the beach but with two children it's too far and steep. But that's actually not Evris fault.

Very nice stay with a very nice view

The view was amazing, it’s a spatious appartment with a large terrace. The rooms were very clean and the owner is very helpful. It’s close to Kalamitsa beach, but we went Batis Multiplex (3 minutes drive) and Ammolofoi beach (20 minutes drive) which are private beaches. Shortly said: best choice for the money!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The accomodation was very nice , very clean. The owner let us made the check in in the morning when we arrived. He was very helpfull with lots of information . I recommand this place to visit with your friends or family. The City centre is near arround 3 km , there is parking jn front of the house. Next visit in Kavala for sure we will stay here again. Good job :)

From my Point of view the AC is not situated very good , if you sleep and turn on the AC , the cold air will hit you in the head. Maybe is good in the future renovation to move the AC on the bed's wall . This is just my oponion , DO NOT take it like a minus.

Just a great place to stay

We liked a lot the decoration and the location. The neighborhood was very cute and it's absolutely suitable for a family. Also, we were pleased to find some cookies left by our host.

The neighbor wasn't very happy to have a noisy group of young people next to his balcony - just a constructive problem :)

Место расположения.

Отсутствие звукоизоляции , не было стиральной машинки, ржавые батареи ,не работали жалюзи , старая плита, посуду надо частично заменить . Цена была очень завышена.
