Perfect stay for a family - spotless, comfy and amazing host

We had such a wonderful stay here! Perfect for our family of six – super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Evris was always there to help and made us feel so welcome. We actually loved it so much that we extended our stay by two more days. It’s peaceful, with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and the town center. We’d happily come back anytime!

Location, Sea View, The flat was extremely clean and tidy. Washing machine, kitchen , there was air conditioner in all rooms. The staff was really kind and helpful the whole time.Very supportive and kind.

A nice Kavala accommodation <3

A spacious apartment located in a quiet area of the city, within walking distance of Kalamitsa Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room and it's suitable for 2 couples traveling together. It has a well equipped kitchen space, with everything necessary for self catering & also a washing machine. For the ground floor apartment, we had access to a terrace, where we were able to relax during the evenings. Parking is free & quite easy to find in front of the villa. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, so we were able to sleep very well during our stay. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The host, Mr. Evris, was nice and friendly and the communication with him was good, both before and during our stay. I recommend Evris House to those who want to visit Kavala and look for a correct value for money.

Beautiful house

The house and furnitures are pleasent. There are 2 separate bedrooms. There is a loundry machine.

There was a hair in the bed. There was only 1 AC in the living room and no ACs in the bedrooms. It was a little cold and was hard to heat the bedrooms.

Pleasant stay with family in Kavala

The location was very convenient for travelling both to the city of Kavala and other places outside Kavala. Walking distance to a nice beach. Nice coffee and cheese pies nearby at a good price! The hosts were very helpful and provided lots of good tips on the first day.

There was only one A/C for the whole appartment. The two bedrooms did not have A/C. One of them did not even have a window. The view was not that great because the appartment was on ground floor.

Нас встретила София, всё показала, ответила на все наши вопросы. 1. В квартире очень чисто, 2 спальни+гостинная , есть полностью укомплектованная кухня, большой холодильник. 2. Белье чистейшее, полотенец более чем достаточно. 3. Два кондиционера, работают отлично, но мы не пользовались. 4.Отличная терасса. 5. Парковка прям домом. 6. До моря под горку шли минут 10 не спеша, пляж хороший. Но обратно в гору не пошли, такси 4 евро. Нам все понравилось спасибо, обязательно приедем еще.
