I regret not staying in a hotel.

Location was very conveniient. The apartment was pleasant

Heating was a problem as the a/c was not enough to warm the whole apartment efficiently. No heating at all in the bathroom plus a/c would not work after removing the key from a special slot so entering the house was quite an ordeal. Temperature was about 4-5 degrees Celcius . Plus we were told that … this issue with the heating was not a problem!

A fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway

I had an amazing time at Be My Guest in Kavala - the prime waterfront setting was incredible, offering immediate city entry. The place felt roomy and inviting, complete with a pair of bedrooms, a relaxing lounge area, and a well-stocked kitchen ideal for whipping up quick meals. Extras such as climate control, a private veranda (eeh amazing veranda!), and absolutely deal-breaker - complimentary parking right there made everything so effortless. Our host Eftichia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and sharing great local tips. Their thoughtful care made our stay feel personal and effortless. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the apartment is cozy and very beautiful, the terrace is so big.

In one of the bedrooms the floor was noisy when you step on it, because of the parquet.

Eftychia was very helpfull from the beginnig till the last day we left. I will choose this place again if I visit Kavala. Big balcony and free parking is a very good advantage

Spacious apartment right in the city center next to the sea promenade; huge terrace with sea view, impeccable cleanness, stylish decoration, with everything you need for your comfortable stay, both in the cold and the summer season. The hosts are really nice. We will definitely book the place again for our next visit.

The apartment is great looking. The location is by the sea, so no need to go up and down the hills to get to it, everything was close by. The parking was out of the sun, the access to the building is secured with keys, so all is great. The apartment keeps you busy discovering all the little details, objects, decorations etc. The terrace is very big, you can have friends to visit you and still have a lot of space to move around.

There was nothing major, all was great. maybe find some solution for the Livingroom sittings to protect them from guests that do not appreciate what they get and spill drinks all over resulting in stains and is a hustle to keep cleaning, but we .resolved the issue by adding a cover. So nothing really to complain about it

The apartment is incredible. The decoration and eye for detail made the place look wonderful. The cleanness of the place was on point and the communication with our host was the best. The location is extremely convenient too. If you see the flat available and you want some time in Kavala, you shouldn't hesitate to book this place. Also, our host was so kind to leave a bottle of wine for us a welcoming.

Fantastic, spacious and very clean apartment with a huge terrace. Very close to the public beach. Perfect location with everything within easy reach (shops, restaurants, old town). The host, Eftichia, is very helpful, responding immediately and ready to answer any questions we had. Also, she welcomed us with a coffee and juices and arranged airport transportation. Unique climat, great experience! We would love to come back to this place!

The apartment is simply amazing, the place is so cozy that it feels like home. Eftychia is a great host, very welcoming and responsive at all time. There is a big and very very beautiful living room with a huge sea-view balcony. The beds are big and comfortable and everything is brand new. The location is excellent as well, very close to the central part of Kavala. To sum up, we had an incredible stay and would definitely go back <3

Είχε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ευτυχώς υπάρχει θέση στάθμευσης. Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καβάλας και βοηθάει πολύ αυτό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο για 4 άτομα. Επίσης οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε μας βρήκαν λύση και μας βοήθησαν αμέσως.

Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν καθαρό. Χρειάζεται περισσότερο προσοχή σε αυτό το κομμάτι καθώς επίσης θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης όπως είναι ο καφές. Πχ ελληνικός ή εσπρεσσο κάψουλες.
