The host and property were wonderful!

The location was great! It was a 10-15 minute to the marina, old town, and all the little great shops and cafes. Just note, this is in the hills. When you walk down, you must walk up :). Taxis were very cheap to get back (~4 EUR). Despina was wonderful with her suggestions and was able to always help. She puts time and effort into her property to keep it up-to-date and spotless.

We were able to manage, but a few items would be helpful: -extra towels for the common areas - kitchen, bathroom - to dry hands, dishes, etc. -sponge to clean dishes by hand -drying rack for clothes for the balcony

I would book again!!!

The apartament is big, well decorated and was sparkling clean. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child. There are 2 baths (only one shower), 3 rooms and an open space area living + kitchen. AC units in all rooms, which is a must if visiting Greece during summer. We met the owner on the last day of the trip and she is a very kind person who wanted to meet us before leaving. The shower pressure is amazing, the dishwasher and washer machines were a nice touch which we really appreciated. I’d say this is probably this is one of the best places to book while in Kavala. You can reach the port by foot in 10-15 max. Parking spaces are available free of charge on the street. The wifi works great also, I could work remotely from there living room.

Nothing to add here. The building itself is quite weird, but this is just Kavala vibes. The apartment is really a very nice surprise.

Exceptional

Everything was super clean. The host was really nice and overall the apartment had everything we needed for our stay(air conditioning in every room, kitchen, washing machine, two balconies free wifi, enough space for 6 people and the furniture was brand new I guess). For the money we spent it was definitely worth it.

Locație la 7-8 min de mers pe jos până în centru. Proprietate foarte spațioasă, luminoasă, curată, cu o priveliște superbă. Gazda foarte serviabilă și când am solicitat-o la o oră foarte târzie . Felicitări proprietarilor.

Gazda a fost foarte primitoare, prietenoasa,comunicativa, vorbea foarte bine engleza, am relaționat foarte bine, ne-a stat la dispoziție pe toată perioada vacanței, pe what's app, ne-a ajutat cu orice informație. Apartamentul in sine, excepțional, arată exact ca in poze, e dotat cu aere conditionate in fiecare încăpere, foarte confortabil, spațios, aerisit. Soarele nu bătea direct încât să se încălzească foarte tare, dar oricum ar fi fost erau AC-uri peste tot. Electrocasnice noi, mobilier nou, cred că a fost renovat recent, cu mult bun gust. TV Smart, conexiune Wifi stabila. Clădirea are și lift, ap fiind la etajul 3 cu o vedere superbă la mare, deci apartamentul asta chiar le are pe toate. Locuri de parcare sunt suficiente pe strada(sens unic). Chiar balconul din spate este cu vedere la strada și se poate vedea mașina. Parcarea este gratuita, cam ca peste tot prin Kavala. Apartamentul are doua balcoane spațioase, lungi in care se poate ieși din fiecare dormitor,plase de țânțari la fiecare ușă. Nu este zgomotos, se poate dormi foarte bine cu geamurile închise, strada respectiva nu este foarte circulata, eventual ce poate deranja, o motocicleta turata care poate trece ocazional pe strada, noaptea... noi am dormit foarte bine 9 nopți. Bucătăria dotată cu tot ce trebuie, vesela suficientă, frigider mare performant, cuptor cu microunde, electric, toaster, mașina de cafea cu capsule, fierbător, etc... Băile dotate cu tot ce trebuie, una mai mare, iar cealaltă mica, doar cu WC, fara dus. Recomand oricui acest apartament, este fara cusur, cel mai fain de până acum din cate am fost.

Nu este nimic ce nu ne-a plăcut.
