We didn't really mind the negatives

The view from the balconies was great, the rooms were spacious.

When we booked it, it said that "someone will meet us there", which turned out to be completely false. We were met by no one, so I had to call the number provided. The hosts explained to us on the phone how to get inside. VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL: the door locks itself automatically from the outside. There is little to no room in the shower.

Beautyful spacious apartment,with individuality,furnished with of love.With 3 huge bedrooms,two of which are cooled with everything you need for a long stay.In the heart of the old town,within walking distance of the centre,shops,restaurants.Comfortable and flexible check-in and check out.We would love to come back again.Thank you lovely Stella!

it was too dirty. The bathroom was the worst; the toilet was leaking water and you have to step on it when you go to bathroom. the shower was used before and there was sand on it. we nevrr had shower

Cozy place in the old Kavala

Excellent location, close to the old city, good taverns and mini-markets... Very nice view from the balconies, also. The place is very cozy, with nice artistic touches.

Very good

The location is top, in the middle of the old town, super close to all attractions, restaurants, bars, very walkable and safe area. The apartment was clean and had everything needed, even fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The hosts came to open to us at 11pm which was accommodating.

I booked this place, because the description said it has 3 bedrooms and we were 3 people traveling. So we planned to have separate rooms, one of the bedrooms was locked though and two of us had to sleep in the same room, which was not a good surprise.

Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und völlig ok!

Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und gut beschriftet!

Am ersten Abend hatten wir leider eine Karkerlake im Zimmer, was aber wahrscheinlich mit der Lage der Wohnung zusammen hängt! Die Betten waren mir persönlich viel zu weich!

Die Unterkunft ist zentral hinter dem Imaret gelegen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüssel waren problemlos von einer Schlüsselbox zu nehmen. Vom Busbahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir waren wegen einer Hochzeit da und waren insg. 5 Personen gewesen.

Locația excelenta, în centrul vechi. Aproape de obiectivele turistice, de taverne, de port, de promenadă. Magazine alimentare în apropiere, micuțe dar dotate cu ce e strict necesar. Plaje nu sunt prea multe, dar o plaja la care am fost noi este la aproximativ 20 minute de mers pe jos, dar nu le simți. Traseul este pe malul marii și te fura peisajul, admiri și ai ajuns la plaja. Plaja nu era amenajata când am fost noi, adică în luna mai, nu știu cum e vara si daca o amenajeaza cumva (eu sper sa nu, e mai frumoasa fara sezlonguri). Așadar ai nevoie de paturica, umbrela și voie buna. Plaja este cu nisip dar e un nisip mai granulos și eu am simțit nevoia sa îmi pun papuci de plaja ca să intru în apa. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv la bucătărie. Nu este pentru pretențioși, mobilierul este vechi, baia necesita renovări din punctul meu de vedere. Sunt 3 dormitoare spațioase și o singura baie. Recomand pentru o singura familie sau un grup de prieteni foarte apropiați care nu se supăra sa împartă baia cu alții. Priveliștea este către marea minunata, la doua dintre cele 3 dormitoare.

Nu e neaparat ceva ce nu mi-a placut, dar apartamentul fiind central, aproape de taverne, una chiar sub balcon, e o gălăgie continuă dar dacă te cazazi aici, iti asumi acest lucru. Baia după cum am zis, necesita renovări ca să fie mai moderna si e si putin înghesuita. Deci cam mica pentru cele 3 dormitoare duble daca se ocupa la capacitate maximă.

Orașul este foarte frumos. Cazarea se afla în Centrul vechi și are priveliștea spre portul Kavala. Ca și locație, excelent.

Am mai fost la aceasta cazare în trecut. Apartamentul are nevoie de renovare și mai ales de curățenie. Lenjeria curata, nimic de spus, însă baia și bucătăria îți strica buna dispoziție. Mobilă de bucătărie este foarte veche, mânerele sunt lipicioase, unele sunt puse numai de forma, când atingi un mâner, rămâi cu el în mână. Butoni de la aragaz sunt infecți, iar mirosul din bucătărie este insuportabil. Gândacii prezenți, pot confirma cele spuse mai sus. Într-o dimineață m-am trezit cu un astfel de gândac în păr. Dimensiunea lui era de vreo 3-4 cm. Scârbos. Se poate vedea în pozele atașate.

Къщата е на баир/хълм и има 2 варианта да стигнете до апартамента - първия е по долната улица, паркирате, ако намерите къде, което е почти невъзможно. Аз спирах на място за инвалиди на 1 км, защото има инвалид с мен и имам талон, иначе щеше да е страшно; след това качвате стръмни стълби, двайсетина, до горната улица, където е входът. Втори вариант е да минете с колата по горната улица, която е ужасно тясна и наклонена, оставяте пътниците и багажа, докато зад вас чакат коли и моторчета, защото разминаването е невъзможно и въртите по целия хълм 5 км, за да слезете пак на долната улица и търсите къде да паркирате. Аз ползвах вторият вариант, защото майка мине би могла да качва стълбите. Беше голям стрес ежедневното въртене по ужасно тесните улички на този хълм/баир. Не препоръчвам мястото за трудно подвижни хора и за неопитни шофьори, особено с коли със скорости.

Ruime plek op de mooiste locatie van Kavala

De ligging is geweldig in de pittoreske oude stad, met de leukste restaurants heel dichtbij. Het appartement is ruim en heeft gezellige accenten. Ook de ferryhaven is dichtbij. Goede airco. Ook de prijs is redelijk voor de grootte en de locatie van het appartement.

De communicatie met de eigenaren was moeizaam. Bericht via de website werd niet beantwoord en via Whatsapp in Engels en Grieks slechts met 1x een OK. Je weet dan niet wat je kunt verwachten. Gelukkig kwam de eigenaresse wel binnen 10 minuten toen we voor de deur stonden. De badkamer is echt niet proper. Het lijkt alsof men het heeft opgegeven om de schimmel te verdrijven. Dat is jammer want het appartement is verder echt leuk en comfortabel.
