A cozy place to stay in a great location in Kavala, with the added comfort of having no parking issues. Highly recommen

The location is very close to the sea. There is a large supermarket right next to the property. Meltemi Restaurant is just 50 meters away. There is no parking issue at all. The apartment is quite spacious. The host provides all the necessary information.

The air conditioners in the rooms are a bit insufficient for heating. Since the floors are all stone and marble, a simple rug or carpet would have been helpful. I would have expected a service like Netflix on the TV.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment!

It was spotlessly clean which is very important for me! Very spacious apartment ,nice for big group , the bedrooms are big enough and big balcony with a lot of tables and chairs. For us it was not problem the distance to the centre as taxi is 5-7 euro. Close to the apartment is amazing fish restaurant. Everything meet my expectations and again it was very clean and nice. I recommend the place. There were two bathrooms one in the big bedroom and one outside. There were no oven but we didnt need it as we stayed only one night.

The beds were little hard for my taste but some of the other guests liked them, so its personal preference. About the closest PERIGIALI BEACH i do not recommend it. 3 euro per person to use the beds which is pretty ok(food was good).The sand is rough, a lot of rock in the sea and deep holes. Toilets were very bad . In the water there are a lot of sea urchins and two of us get a lot spikes at the feet which sucks. No doctor to help, not even the hospital just told us what chatgpt said for 20euro per person and pharmacy close at 18:00 at saturday and open at monday so not very convenient. So I recommend another beaches but that is only bad experience from the beach and nothing related to the apartment .

Perfect for families and friends to stay together in the same location.

Very good apartment while you’re traveling with family or friends. There’re separate bathrooms and air conditioners. Location is good, close to the small port and the beach, but quite far from the old town. But if you like walking it’s not a problem. There is a big supermarket, so you can buy everything if you need. Parking is free and in the shadow.

My husband found the bed hard. There was no oil for cooking, but I do realize places here in Greece don’t tend to have much. It was a nice stay.

We had an unplanned delay with our trip and arrived very late but our host sympathized with our situation and was flexible enough to greet us and give the keys for the apartment. The apartment is huge, it's one of the few that could accommodate 5 or more people. We didn't spend much time in it, but it definitely is a great value for its money.

Not that I didn't like anything, just my personal preference always is to have a self check-in with lockable storage locks or something else to keep keys in.

Mixed feelings.

Excellent Location. Well-spaced. Excellent communication with the owner. We requested a hairdryer and owner instantly helped us.

The fact that one room was locked and I was forced to be separated from my family!! Each room had two beds. Pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable.

Parcare langa apartament. Ceck.in foarte usor, comunicare f buna pe wattap. Bucatarie echipata cu tot ce e nevoie, lenjerie ok. Etajul 1, pe scari. Camera matrimoniala mare, cu baie proprie. Balcon. Wifi foarte bun si aer conditionat care functiona foarte bine. Pozitionare buna.

Salteaua patului cam tare pentru mine dar aceasta e o chestiune personala.

Άνετο, μεγάλο σπίτι, ήταν ανοιχτά τα δύο από τα τέσσερα δωμάτια. Ήμασταν τέσσερα άτομα. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και οι οδηγίες κατατοπιστικοτατες. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε πλυντήριο. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.

Το wifi δε λειτουργούσε. Φαινόταν ότι είχες, αλλά στην ουσία δεν είχες πρόσβαση στο internet. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο με τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια είχε μόνο μια πρίζα, μακριά από τα κρεβάτια. Στο αλλο δωμάτιο, με το διπλό κρεβάτι, η πρίζα δίπλα στην πόρτα ήταν χαλασμένη. Τέλος, δεν είχε πορτατίφ δίπλα στα κρεβάτια. Μικροπραγματα που μπορούν εύκολα να διορθωθούν.

Biz memnun kaldık. Evin önünde araç parketmek için geniş bir alan var. Ücretsiz tabi ki. Hemen yanda market var. Self check in olayı da sevdiğim bir uygulama. Anahtarı kapıda bulunan kutudan verilen kod ile alıyorsunuz. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. İki konuda biraz rahatsız oldum. Battaniye vardı ancak battaniyenin bir nevresim kılıfına geçirilmesine alışkın olduğum için rahat edemedim. Temiz olduğunu düşünüyorum ancak alışkanlık diyelim. Bir de ev soğuktu. Klima ile ısınamadık. Kalorifer peteği var ancak yanmiyor. Açmaya çalıştım ama açılmıyor. Hemen yakında deniz var. Meşhur bir restoran var.

Încăpător, aproape de taverne și terase. Market la baza apartamentului. Destule facilități.

Paturile/saltelele puțin cam tari și nu a fost aerisit înainte de sejur. La interior mirosea un pic cam urât.
