A comfortable and well-prepared apartment

The apartment in Kavala was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were thoughtful and had prepared wine and water for us, which was a lovely touch. Everything inside was perfect and well-equipped.

The only downside was the location — while it’s close to the centre, the surrounding atmosphere wasn’t as pleasant as expected.

great September weekend

Great location at walking distance to the city center and the old town. Amazing view from the balcony. Spacious, clean and very well equipped modern apartment. The car stayed in the garage on the ground floor, that was a real bonus in Kavala.

Fast internet, clean room, 15 minutes to town center.

*It sells all rooms as free parking but it has 5 rooms and 2 parking spaces! so you need to read the details carefully and make a reservation. *The balcony is not private for you! It is cut off by a glass partition. While you are sitting in the evening, a stranger may come from another room at any time. *The city lighting pole is right next to the house and gets high light! The room does not reach the desired darkness.

Great place

Great place! With attentive and responsive staff, they helped us with our luggage and showed us where to park the car in a free parking lot right next to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The location is great! 10 min. Walk from the center and 5 min by car from a small beach with a beach bar in Kavala, which was quite nice. We would definitely come back again!

Disappointing apartment

The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful

Based on the texts and photos on Booking.com, we expected to have a private terrace. However it turned out to be a shared terrace two floors up. The kitchen als did not match the photos on Booking.com. The booking confirmation included a photo of a kitchen with a large window, but in reality there was hardly any natural light.

View. Newness of the property. Clean. Two car garage avalibale upon request. Location to historic districtand downtown (9-12 minutes - walking).

I wouldn’t recommend

The view was amazing. And the cleaner lady was very friendly, nice and helpfull.

Although it was and still is advertised that king suit comes with a balcony and a private parking space, none was provided. The balcony they claim belongs to the suite is open to everybody, so it is not attached to the suit. The owner, didn’t even feel responsible for not providing me a private parking space, he left me alone to find a space on the street on my own. Secondly, there is no elevator and no one to help in the premises, so if you stay on the second and third floor, you have a problem carrying all your luggages up to the stairs. Thirdly, there is an ongoing construction just next to the apartment building. They start working at 7:30 am, and they work even on sundays. I can tell that this construction will not end soon. And because of the location of the building, the construction handover the noice to traffic till late night. So you will never get quite. Finally, as there is no cafe other than one close to the building, you have to drive or walk every morning to have breakfast, if you don’t want to order among limited options and one day before.

We would highly recommend this place but smoking is an issue!

Exceeded our expectations almost on everything! We arrived while the cleaning lady when we arrived and helped us get in the apartment. She was very pleasant and helpful in every way.

The internet was not working very good, signal was very weak and we were not able to use it. The entrance code to get in was wrong but luckily the cleaning lady helped us to get in. A couple came to check in later in the afternoon, they had incomplete instruction and code to get in. We did not like that the shared balcony was a smoking area. We ere NOT smokers and we had to share with smoker but also it was unpleasant to have the smoke come in our beautiful and clean apartment. I would recommend that smoking should permitted Only outside the building.

Konumu merkeze 7 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve kapalı garajı olmasından dolayı çok iyi.Temizlik için söylenecek tek bir şey var mükemmel. Önündeki deniz manzarası çok iyi.Kışın gittik ve ısınma hiç sorun olmadı.3 nolu odada kaldık ve kendine ait çok büyük terası var.Yazın çok daha keyifli olur. Mutfakta eksik yok. İki büyük oda+banyo+teras fazlasıyla yetti.

Toplam 4 katlı bir bina ama insan asansör arıyor bazen. Odada kasa olsa kullanırdık! Banyodaki raf eksiğini tabiki hallederler!

Evin konumu müthişti,yürüyerek 10 dj da limana gidebiliyorsunuz. temizlik çok iyiydi ,odalar çok ferah ve konforluydu.Her ayrıntı düşünülmüştü( kahve makinelerine kadar). Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.Ayrica ikraminiz için teşekkürler 🥰

Eine junge Frau hat uns begrüßt und dann auch wieder verabschiedet. Phänomenal nett! Das Apartment war absolut clean. Großes Kompliment! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Die Sicht vom Balkon geradeaus ist traumhaft. Die gesamte Abwicklung idt völlig unkompliziert. BRAVO!

Wofür die Anbieter nichts können ist, dass, mit Blick aufs Haus links, gebaut wird. Da beginnt das Hämmern um 8.00 Uhr. Rechterhand steht ein riesiges verlassenes Gebäude, so wie man es oft in Griechenland antrifft, aber es trübt den Gesamteindruck, wenn man sich in einer Luxusunterkunft wähnt. Sehr laut und Abgasreich ist die Hauptverkehrsstraße, direkt unter dem Balkon. Die Balkone sind auf jeder Ebene für zwei Wohnungen und jeweils nur von einer halbhohen Glaswand getrennt. Man ist also nicht ungestört. Und das erst recht nicht, wenn der Nachbar völlig rücksichtslos Zigarre raucht. Wir konnten den Balkon kaum nutzen, mussten mit Frühstück und abends mit dem Glas Wein in die Wohnung ausweichen. Rauchen sollte auf den Balkonen untersagt werden. Eine große Gefahrenquelle ist der Treppenaufstieg zu den Apartments. Es gibt keinerlei Handlauf bzw. Geländer. Für ältere Leute mit Gehschwierigkeiten unüberwindbar, für kleine Kinder hochgefährlich.

Modernes Appartement in optimaler Lage

Das sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Appartement mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Die Flasche Wein als Begrüßung und die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau die uns alles erklärte. Das die Reservierung für einen der zwei Parkplätze in der Garage so gut geklappt hat. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Locație noua,curata cu o priveliște frumoasă spre oraș,mare și în depărtare Thasos.

Zgomotul făcut de muncitorii care lucrează la o nouă vila fix langa locație și faptul că sunt doar două locuri de parcare in garaj și deși am rezervat un loc a fost ocupat pe toată perioada de alți turiști din vila.

Отличный апартамент для отдыха! Очень любезный и приветливый хозяин. Как в апартаменте, так и во всём здании —идеальная чистота! Интерьер выполнен в приятном современном стиле, красивая и удобная мебель, оборудованная всем необходимым кухня, с кофеваркой Dolce Gusto и капсулами кофе, бутылочками питьевой воды в холодильнике. Прекрасная терраса с видом на старый город и крепость, меблированная столиками со стульями для ужина или завтрака на открытом воздухе и удобными креслами для созерцания красивого пейзажа. В здании свой гараж на два паркоместа. Очень приятно удивил комплимент от хозяина в виде бутылочки белого вина. ☺️ Спасибо!
