Beautiful house in an excellent location in Kavala!

Beautiful house in an excellent location. The house is spacious, it has been beautifully restored and has charming details: reproductions of beautiful frescoes as you enter on the main corridor on the left and right handside, on the first floor the glass small 'opening' which allows you to see a small part of the basement from the first floor and creates a very playful element to the house etc. There is even a small nice view to the sea from the balcony on the first floor. It is obvious that there is a lot of thought and considerable interest taken in the restoration of this beautiful house. The nice thing about it is that it is not only nicely restored but it is also functional. Sofas and beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and everything functions in the house. The house is situtated next to the Kamares and is 5-10 minutes away from the old city of Kavala. It is also 2 minutes away from the very interesting Museum of Greek Refugees which is definitely worth visiting. The host was very polite and helpful with everything. We stayed with 5 people in this house and everybody was enthousiastic about it. In short, we totally recommend it and hope to stay here again at some point!

The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions or offer assistance. The house itself was a real treasure - it was modern, stylishly designed, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, with high-quality mattresses that ensured we had a great night's sleep. The location of the house was also excellent, being conveniently located in a fantastic spot really close to all points of interest in the city. Overall, we highly recommend this house and host for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable vacation experience.

A nice stay in Kavala

The host was very kind with any request. He even offered us wine & fruits when we arrived and arranged for early check in. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Very nice lighting & furniture in the house. Close to the port and Apiko restaurant

One bedroom was too small, it had no windows and no AC. One bathroom had problems and we were not able to use it fully.(they will be fixed) The consumables available can be improved (missing tablets, toilet paper) Cuttlery should be improved The floor upstairs was creaky and it lead to noise downstairs in the bedrooms when you were walking.

The house was lovely as well as the hospitality. The owner was very kind and informed us about everything. The house was huge with comfortable spaces. We were impressed by the beds that were very anatomical. We always found parking almost next to the house. We will definitely be back.

Ηταν ανετο κ ευρυχωρο. Ημασταν δυο οικογενειες με παιδια κ τακτοποιηθηκαμε ανετα. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατος. Τα μπανια κ τα σεντονια ηταν πεντακαθαρα.

Το σπιτι ειχε μυρωδια τσιγαρου την οποια τη συνηθιζεις μένοντας μεσα. Αλλα οταν επιστρεψαμε ειχε μυρωδια μεχρι κ η βαλιτσα μας. Η κουζινα δν ηταν πολυ καθαρη. Τα μαχαιροπηρουνα κολλουσαν καποια κ καποια αλλα ηταν κακοπλυμενα.

herşey harikaydı, işletmenin sahibi Dimitris tam bir yardımsever ve herşeyi düşünmüş. Bize gelmeden önce hediye bile hazırlamış. Kendisinden civar ile ilgili birçok tavsiye alarak harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Evin içi çok güzel dekore edilmiş ve yeniydi, çalışmayan ya da arızalı hiçbir cihaz yoktu. Konumu çok güzeldi.

Υπέροχη , άνετη , πολυτελής διαμονή!!!

Υπέροχο, μοντέρνο σπίτι, ιδανική θερμοκρασία στο χώρο , άνετοι και μεγάλοι χώροι , τέλειο για οικογένειες με όλες τις ευκολίες ενός σπιτιού!!! (πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο, πλυντήριο πιάτων κτλ) Φοβόμασταν για το κρύο καθώς η διαμονή μας έγινε Ιανουάριο αλλά το σπίτι έχει τέλεια μόνωση και θέρμανση . Το μόνο που θα προσέθετα θα ήταν οι κουρτίνες του υπνοδωματίου να ήταν πιο χοντρές επειδή προσωπικά θέλω τελείως σκοτάδι και πάλι όμως το φως ήταν ελάχιστο και έμπαινε αργά το πρωί οπότε δεν ήταν τόσο σοβαρό και κανένας άλλος από την οικογένεια δεν είχε πρόβλημα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για ότι χρειαστήκαμε απαντώντας πάντα άμεσα στο τηλέφωνο και στα μηνύματά μας. Ήμασταν έξι άτομα και ο χώρος ήταν άνετος καθώς είναι τρία τα υπνοδωμάτια, δύο πολύ μεγάλα μπάνια, τεράστιο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. Όλοι οι χώροι πεντακάθαροι και καλαίσθητοι!! Αν επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά την περιοχή σίγουρα θα προσπαθούσαμε να μείνουμε στο ίδιο σπίτι!!
