Curat, priveliște asupra portului cu marea în zare, personabil amabil, confortabil.
Singurul incovenient a fost ca a trebuit sa parchez mașina la vreo 750 m de proprietate, dar lucrul bun e ca parcarea e cu plată și păzita și poate fi văzută de pe balconul apartamentului.

I loved the furniture, I love the space, the vew, the devotion of the owners, I love the people working around and supporting us, for example with parking thing. Definitely I was obsessed by the balcony, and for family with three kids as ours it was very comfortable and spacy.
The Electric company in Kavala cut the electricity for 4 hours once of the days. But it is not connected with the apartment.

Гледката, апартамента е просторен, но се чува шум и тропане от живущите на горния етаж, както и силна музика.
Място за паркиране няма. Разрешено е само за живущи, иначе рискуваш 50 евро глоба. Има платен паркинг долу на пристанището, но да ходиш с багаж нагоре по баира не е приятно. Нямаше шампоан, а течния сапун беше супер разреден с вода колкото да се каже че има нещо. Бойлера не беше включен и за 3-4 часа така и не стопли водата.
