Lovely place, great for romantic vacation.

Host very nice and responsive. Also gave us few suggestions for food and directions to the city centre short walking distance (we didn't need to take the car). We stayed at Afrodita room which has also Sauna and large indoor pool/Jacuzzi Bed and sofa very comfortable. Room was clean and well equipped. Good value for money.

Restrooms are within the same room as the shower and pool, hence sometimes get wet. No big deal.

Beutiful home in center of Kavala

Great location and beautiful house. Rooms were large and very modern design. Had everything we needed. Communication with host was easy and friendly. It was great to have designated parking spots right around the corner of the property (parking in Kavala is tough). Easy access to main walking streets, old town, bakeries/cafes, grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

In one word, it was a magnificent hotel. It was like a work of art and magical. Every detail of the house was meticulously crafted and tastefully crafted. The house was spotless, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest detail. We even considered spending time at home instead of exploring Kavala; it was so pleasant and peaceful. It was so close to everything, and the hosts were so kind and patient with every question we had. You could even come to Kavala just to stay at this hotel. If you're looking for a spotlessly clean, meticulous, and magnificent stay, don't hesitate and book your stay at this hotel immediately. You'll understand what I mean when you visit.

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is very spacious, close to the port and restaurants. The street is calm. Our host George was very friendly and open, he suggested us a lot of places to visit, and restaurants to eat out. Definitely will come back!

Very nice

George was very attentive; we communicated about our arrival time beforehand, and he welcomed us at the door. The house was spotless, everything was quite new, and it was beautifully decorated. We stayed as two families and felt very comfortable. Having an extra toilet upstairs was a great convenience. There was a capsule coffee machine and plenty of kitchen equipment, although we didn’t cook during our stay. The private parking spot was a big plus, especially since parking in Kavala can be difficult. The location was also excellent — we could walk to everything within 10 minutes.

Great and helpful host, very stylish and functional apartment in a beautiful old building, great location. There are two city beaches at walking distance (15-20 min), but for a larger organized beach you will have to drive 10-25 min.

A good option for a family, close to Kavala main attractions

Super communication with Georgios, who waited for us patiently, inspite of very late arrival. (We were waited with the fridge full of refreshments) Big room, spotless clean, both zones covered with discrete AC. Perfect location - 15 minutes to foot on Omonia road to Center (Aqueduct, etc.). Safe parking in the courtyard. Quiet street, with a good cafeteria and pastry at the end, a good option for a quick breakfast.

This was a superb apartment in a great location with short walk to places. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. It was really comfortable and spacious for a family and clean throughout the apartment. Host was great at communicating with us.

Very bright and beautiful apartment in the center of Kavala. The interior was very tastefully selected - we loved the firm mattress, the well equipped kitchen and couch/seating areas. All in all an amazing stay. George and Julia were super accommodating with our arrival and departure - kudos to such nice hosts!

Gem in Karbala

Such a gem. We were two couples and had plenty of room. Sleeping arrangements are good - the big loft does provide privacy. Really clever and well though out solutions provided us with everything we needed. And the building has been restored beautifully. It’s located very central but in a quiet residential area.

The place is spacious and looks as shown on the photos. It has the needed for a short stay, close to the center area and has a parking spot in the yard of the house. Giorgos was an amazing host, very welcoming! Since there was no other reservation we were able to check in earlier and check out later and that was very kind of him to allow it.

Since it is a loft, the people who sleep in the upper floor should be mindful of the fact that it is an open space. However, that is no surprise to anyone, as it is clear from the description of the property.

Great accommodation in the centre of Kavala

This is a perfectly restored traditional house in Kavala that features a lot of the original details. It is bright and airy and has a high ceiling and a little mezzanine as an extra living space. We had a view of the little courtyard which was really pretty. Very comfortable bed and linen provided, we had a really good night sleep. It has been renovated in high specs with a modern kitchen area and a smart TV. Very good tea and coffee making facilities. Although it is not in the old part of the city it is very close and we liked the fact that it is next to some of the remaining, yet to be restored tobacco warehouses. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet. Free parking on site. Host helpful and polite. We will definitely come back given the opportunity.

We visited in December when it was really cold in Kavala and the property is heated only with air-conditioning. The room was warm but we had to run the AC most of the time to keep it like that. Less of an issue the rest of the year. Not the host's fault but the family that stayed opposite us was noisy with kids screaming and running around until midnight. I guess even soundproofing has its limits.
