Superbe appartement Nice centre

The location was very good, right beside the main train station, close to the centre. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to stay in a building that was old, but had all mod cons

The shower didn't drain properly

The host was very polite and welcoming. The apartment is clean and beautiful, very spacious and perfectly located in old city, near the train station, only 5 minutes walking from the Jean Médecin tram station and about 10 minutes from the sea. The beds were large and very comfortable. The apartment has two big bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a hall. It is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is one big double bed, two single beds, one generous sofa in the rooms and two nice sofas in the hallway. It is perfect for families or groups. We highly recommend this place.

By the end, the stay felt too short.

the location couldn't have been more perfect, it was literally across the road from the train station and around 5-10 minutes walk to get to the high street, and if you keep walking straight you get to old nice and the beach as well. the room's were really spacious and they had most things you'd want in an apartment like cutlery, pots/pans, an iron, towels, etc. some people commented on only having 3 chairs but I didn't think this was a big deal as we usually sat on the couch to eat or went out for dinner anyway. there's loads of grocery stores around and all in all I loved the apartment a lot, the AC's also worked great (for a while...)

having woken up at 2 AM to get ready for our flight we were very ready to check into the apartment, although the owner told us we couldn't check in until 2PM as they were "cleaning" from the previous tenants. So we booked somewhere to store our luggage while we wondered around the town, and then quickly hurried back to the apartment and collected our luggage so we wouldn't be late to meet the owner to get the keys. well wouldn't you imagine our surprise when we waited for another few minutes and no one showed up, only to get a text message saying we couldn't get let in until 5-6 PM as the previous tenants had checked out later than expected. now if he had used some common sense and maybe asked us if we wanted our luggage stored in the apartment while they cleaned it, we probably would've enjoyed those extra few hours in the town, however we'd now collected all our suitcases and carry ons only to be told we still couldn't go in, and so we had to find some other hotel and beg to sit outside in their front garden. our phone's were low battery, it was extremely hot, and we couldn't even walk around with all our baggage and so we sat there until we finally got let in around 5:45 PM. We arrived at the airport at 10:30 so we basically waited almost 7 hours to get let in. They finally showed up except it was some girl rather than the actual owner, and we'd had another text saying they had a problem with the water they were trying to sort out, and when we discussed this with the girl she looked very confused and told us there wasn't any problem with the water so I'm assuming the owner was probably lying to buy himself more time. I think the situation was handled very poorly and he could've offered to store our luggage while we were waiting or AT LEAST informed us earlier the tenants checked out later than expected.
