Quite spacious apartment.

the area around the apartment is terrible. it's dirty, loud and crowded. There is nowhere to go for a walk with your dog. The apartment has thin walls, you can even hear your neighbors talking. parking is remote from the apartment and costs too much. I do not recommend it for the price.

Posizione vicino a casa

Premessa avevo già soggiornato lì con amico regolarmente denunciato alcune settimane prima. A questo giro avviso che sarei arrivato alle 20.40 mi telefona il loro collaboratore con tono scocciato e mi dice che arriverà per le 21 tanto io avevo chiesto il check-in alle 21.15 cosa dimostrata falsa e sono stato un ora davanti al portone pagando pure un supplemento per il check-in ritardato. Dopo le 21 si presenta il signore con aria arrogante e scazzata dicendomi che il proprietario non voleva darmi l appartamento perché la volta precedente aveva trovato un vecchissimo divano letto scassato che avevamo aperto non messo bene perché non riuscivamo a metterlo nel suo alloggiamento. Inoltre il proprietario sgarbatissimo mi dice che aveva trovato dei preservativi rotti nel sacchetto della spazzatura (non usati rotti), al che gli ho chiesto se la spazzatura dovevo portarmela a casa visto che abbiamo utilizzato gli appositi sacchetti. Inoltre affermava che il bagno era un lago di sangue, io sinceramente non ho visto sangue. Quindi che ero a rischio che mi sbattesse fuori perché non capiva cosa ci facesse un genovese in un appartamento e che non sarei stato il benvenuto. Secondo me dovrebbero farsi un po’ di gavetta nel settore alberghiero prima di intraprendere questa strada. Imparare l educazione, l’arroganza e la presunzione. L appartamento è composto da mobili vecchi in periferia a Genova pensano di essere il savoy? Decisamente persone sgradevoli bigotte e pure bugiarde

Apartamento muy cómodo, mala ubicación

El apartamento es muy cómodo y espacioso y la cocina tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La atención de Lorenzo fue súper cercana y amigable.

la ubicación está un poco apartada de los sitios emblemáticos de Génova además de estar en una montaña donde no se ve demasiado el transporte público. yo viaje con coche pero el estacionamiento que me ofreció el alojamiento no queda directamente en el edificio, es sumamente incómodo para entrar u salir, por lo cual en el momento que aparqué el coche no lo volví a sacar y cuesta 20€ la noche, me parece extremadamente caro para un parking tan impractico.
