Very nice hotel which could be improved if flies could be controlled

Friendly and welcoming staff, views from hotel, spacious public areas, gardens and pool area

Flies in room and restaurant - had to request another dining table because of quantity of flies landing on us and food. Fly problem may be due to nearby farm?

Excelent cuisine, nice staff.

In a hotel of this type, everything should be almost perfect. I recommend checking the equipment of the rooms, bulbs etc. When we arrived, we had 15-20 flies in our room - it's nature, ok, but before new visitor arrival will be bether to try to solve this problem (nets on a windows,...LP).

We liked rooms, cleanless and service. Spa is small but enough for this hotel.Several good sauna are there. I liked herbal turkish one!Watter in pool was a bit cold. Staff is amazing. Very interesting half board menu! Dinner menu was every evening different! Thanks very much.

Super Hotel, Preis-Leistung passt

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, moderne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, familienfreundlich, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Wir kommen wieder. Das Abendessen war super, 5 Gänge, einer besser wie der andere. Schöne Poolandschaft mit ruhigem Spabereich.

Klusa un ļoti tīra viesnīca. Patīkams un pretimnākoš personāls

Atrašanās vieta ir lieliska. Tuvumā ir vairāki slēpošanas kūrorti un cita aktīvā atpūta. Brokastis bagātīgās un ļoti garšīgas. Viesnīca ir ļoti laba gan kā galamērķis aktīvai atpūtai gan kā starpposms ceļojot.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Da wir mit dem ÖV reisten, war die Lage nicht ganz optimal. Aber für den Aufenthalt und vor allem die Ruhe in der Nacht ist die Lage natürlich eimalig! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück genial! Und getoppt wurde das Ganze noch vom hoteleigenen Hallenbad.

Die Anreise mit dem ÖV war halt etwas mühsam. Noch schwieriger war die Abreise am Morgen, einfach sehr kompliziert und umständlich. Allerdings ist uns sogar angeboten worden, dass wir mit dem Auto zu einer passenden Bushaltestelle gebracht werden könnten.

Schönes und gemütliches Hotel, das wir Jedem empfehlen können.

Das Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Zu verbessern wäre nur, wenn eine grosse Gruppe beim Frühstück ist, dass div. Essen besser nachgefüllt wird.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Herz & Panorama

Wir hatten das Hotel anhand der zentralen Lage zu gleich drei verschiedenen Skigebieten ausgewählt. Sehr verkehrsgünstig und dennoch ruhig gelegen mit Panorama auf die benachbarten Berge! Die Parkplatzsuche war schnell erledigt auf dem geräumigen Grundstück und wir wurden sehr herzlich im modernen Ambiente empfangen. Das Menü zum Abendessen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, unser Zimmer ausreichend wirklich groß und egal, mit wem wir zu tun hatten: Das Personal ist ebenso kompetent wie freundlich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher bei nächster Gelegenheit.

Einzig beim Frühstück sehen wir Verbesserungspotential: Das Rührei teilt sich sein Gefäß mit angebratenem Speck - das ist nicht nur für hartgesottene Vegetarier unappetitlich und vermeidbar. Und gerne würden wir ein paar Euro mehr pro Tag investieren, wenn es zum Beispiel Croissants und irgendeine Süßspeise - Kuchen, Waffeln, Donuts,...? - geben würde.

Sehr schnönes und erholsam Weekend.

Sehr nettes Personal und Gastgeber. Das Abendessen war exzellent. Spa Bereich und Schwimmbad waren auch sehr sauber und schön. Manuela, die Masseurin verdient einen extra Applaus.
