I would not go there again or recommend to friends.

Sauna had no towels left at 19:00, floor wet, no shoes maybe at the reception but accords the street), used towels all over the place. The whole set up is confusing and you get a little lost in the hotel. We stayed in a side house, the street was loud with people. Breakfast is ok. WiFi did also not work properly.

We will be back !

We really enjoyed our beautiful and clean room, the hotel overall, and the relaxing SPA. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very comfortable. Still, we were truly excited and grateful to enjoy every moment of our stay. Thank you for everything! We received our booking confirmation without any issues.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement—especially during cold weather—would be to have slightly warmer water in the pool.

Perfect hotel for a ski weekend

Perfect hotel for a ski weekend! Breakfast is suuuuuper good and rooms are spacious and warm. Location is superb, the little town where is located is very charming and unique. Connections to the slopes are also super good! The only thing is at night the heater makes noises which can make you struggle to fall asleep.

The breakfasts were quite appetizing. Several types of sweet and savory pastries. Only one type of egg was always available. The juicer was only available one day out of four.

There was mold in the shower and it was very cold. The beds were creaky but otherwise quite comfortable. The dinners were completely tasteless. The only good thing about them were the desserts. The worst experience was the last dinner when the waiters walked around us and ignored us. It took them approximately 25 minutes to bring each course (the restaurant wasn't even fully booked, we had to order one soup twice). On the last night, we also had someone sleeping drunk outside our room door and snoring loudly. In the morning we found he was stubbing out a cigarette against our door. The wifi also did not work on the first floor above the reception. Unfortunately, never again, next time we will again choose the competing hotel Traube, which did not disappoint us in a single thing last year.

Excellent hotel facilities and food in a lovely old town alpine location.

Lovely location in a typically Austrian alpine small town. Great facilities within the hotel, which was very modern and clean and had a very relaxed welcoming feel to it. A lot of motorcyclists and bicyclists use the hotel as a stopping over point, but so were we in our Jaguar XK convertible, so that was not an issue. The food was very good, both the evening meal and breakfast.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit unruhigen Nächten.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöner Wellnessbereich

Zimmer war direkt am Treppenaufgang und Lift. Alles vom Flur und vom Treppenhaus war auch im Zimmer laut und deutlich zu hören. Teilnehmer einer Reisegruppe kamen in Abständen laut singend nachts nach Hause…. Jedoch kann hierfür das Hotel nichts.

Super schöner Kurzurlaub.

Super nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Sitzbereich in der Stube war super schön. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr durchdacht.

Das ist jetzt nur ein Hinweis kein „nicht gefallen“, muss auch sagen das wollt ich an der Rezeption noch sagen, aber dann haben wir uns bisschen verquatscht :D das Licht im Saunaentspannungsbereich könnte man etwas dimmen, da es nur hell oder komplett dunkel schalten geht.

Gutes Hotel um von dort aus Motorrad-Touren zu unternehmen.

Frühstück war gut, alles was wir schätzen, war vorhanden. Es gab sowohl Filterkaffee als auch die üblichen Sorten aus dem Automaten.

Das Abendessen war soweit schon i. O., allerdings haben wir keinen Koch gesehen und keine entsprechende Küchenmannschaft. Folglich hatten wir Convenience-Food. Das ist für Österreich unmöglich! Pool war immer schwach besucht, lag wohl an der zu niedrigen Wassertemperatur.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes, aufmerksames Personal, hübsches Haupthaus. Gut für einen Urlaub mit dem Motorrad geeignet, da über eine Garage bis zur kleinen Werkstatt alles da ist!

Das Personal war super, das Essen könnte vielleicht etwas mehr Würze vertragen, Frühstück war i.O. Chefin hat uns auf HP umgebucht da ich nur FS gebucht hatte. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Motorradgarage!

Schade ums traditionelle Posthotel

An sich schönes Hotel mit Tradition (das Posthotel gibt es schon lange) mit versch Restaurant Stübchen, Gartenanlage und Hallenbad. Publikum jedoch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: es gibt a discretion buffet Halbpension und bei gewissen Stammgästen ist dies auch bereits sichtbar. Sonst auch laut und turbulent. Daher kein stimmungsvolles Hotel, das man weiter empfehlen könnte.

Hatte vor halben Jahr (!) ein standard Zimmer in der Dependence gebucht, welches ‘mit Bergsicht’ sic inseriert wurde. Kriegten jedoch ein Zimmer mit (nur) Aussicht auf den Balkon der Nachbarn (siehe Foto) 😎Einrichtung sehr einfach und nicht wie auf Fotos booking.com. Zimmer (bessere; aber auch sogar in gleicher Kategorie) gab es gemäss Booking.com bis am selben Abend auch noch. Man fragt sich deshalb, weshalb gerade dieses eine Zimmer vergeben wird, wenn es noch andere gab.. auf den Vorfall aangesprochen, meinte die Rezeption, es sei halt über Booking.com gebucht worden, und da hätten sie wenig Einfluss 😎 Anyway, da ich immer über Booking.com meine Hotelübernachtungen buche, und fast immer sehr gute Zimmer kriege, fand ich dies eine eher faule Ausrede. Macht aber nichts, denn siehe oben🙂

Tolles Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal und sehr schönem Spa-Bereich, Fahrradkeller und Waschgelegenheit für Mountainbikes. Die Zimmer sind top und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das über Halbpension zubuchbare Abendessen war sehr lecker. Insgesamt keinerlei Abzüge in der Bewertung.

Gute Küche und gute LAge am Reschenpass

Lage ist gut, nicht zu verfehlen das Essen und das Frühstück sind sehr gut, insbesondere das Salatbuffet

Ich war jetzt zum dritten Male dort. Während der ersten zwei Aufenthalte hatte ich ein ansprechendes Zimmer im Haupthaus, jetzt eines im Nebenhaus. Das Nebenhaus erscheint mir, zumindest im Eingangsbereich renovierungsbedürftig, das Zimmer war eine bessere Abstellkammer und das obwohl ich bei Booking.com den Genius Level 3 Status genieße und Kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrades bei ausgewählten Aufenthalten bekommen kann. Das kann man besser machen

Vier Tage gut leben und Motorrad fahren

Für Motorradfahrer und Mountenbiker ein Paradies alles passt vom Unterstellllatz fürs Bike bis Personal. Nicht zu vergessen das erstklassige Essen. Mann fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich werde wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Großes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, komfortablen Zimmern und gutem Essen

Das Posthotel Pfunds ist ein relativ großes Hotel, in dem wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht waren. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Größe wirkt das Hotel vielleicht etwas unpersönlicher als kleinere Häuser, aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Service-Team im Restaurant wirkte noch recht neu, hat sich jedoch sehr bemüht, uns als Gäste willkommen zu heißen – was ihnen auch gelungen ist. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Konzept aus einer Kombination von Buffet und Tellergericht war zunächst etwas ungewohnt, aber reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Der Check-in war freundlich und verlief in Ruhe mit allen wichtigen Erklärungen. Insgesamt können wir das Posthotel Pfunds mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Sehr angenehme regionale Atmosphäre. Alles sehr großzügig gestaltet. Hochwertige Küche. Gemütliches Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad. Super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Ideal für Motorrad- oder Radfahrer da Unterstellmöglichkeiten und Werkzeug vorhanden.

Jammern auf höchstem Niveau…. 5€ extra als Mehraufwand für ein Abendessen wenn man sich nicht für eins der drei Essen auf der Abendkarte entscheiden kann.

Gutes Übernachtungshotel,leider ungemütlich am Abend,viele Kinder die durch das Hôtel toben.

Guter Freundlicher Empfang.mit Rücksicht auf den Rollator meiner Frau wurde sofort das reservierte Zimmer gegen ein Zimmer ohne Stufen gewechselt.

Die Halbpension ist Reisebus- Standart . A la Carte ist bedeutend besser!
