Great hotel and staff in a beautiful location

No AC but being out of season for a ski resort it wasn’t expected but a fan would help on hot nights.

No kettle or fridge in the room. Dinner menu (for half board) was sometimes unedible, unfit for a 4* hotel. Choosing from á la carte can be much better.

Very nice hotel

The location is perfect, on the main road. They upgrade our room with a bigger one, very clean with a big bathroom. The interior of the hotel is very interesting arranged, the staff is speaking english. We use it for transit but the area is very nice and a lot of people were staying in the hotel for holiday. The restaurant serves very good beer and alao the breackfast was fabulous.

Everything was nice except for check-in

Dinner was great (part of half-board plan). Room size, bathroom, and location all met my expectation. Special call-out: The hotel staff also accommodated in refrigerating my ice-cream that I bought from nearby Switzerland.

The check-in experience. The hotel and restaurant were in two separate buildings. We first went to the hotel building and the lobby was dark and empty with no signs or staff; it felt like a ghost town. For a moment we thought we went to the wrong place as nobody was there to greet us. We late decided to visit the hotel restaurant building, and the receptionist there explained that the check-in and check-out would take place on this side. The lack of clarity and signage in the check-in process caused a great deal of confusion.

Schönes Hotel im oberen Inntal

Die Traube liegt sehr zentral und man kann verschiedene Skigebiete in 10 - 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. ZB Schöneben am Reschensee. Der Empfang und der Service waren erstklassig. Eine Empfehlung !

Für die laute Gruppe kann das Hotel nichts. Das Essen war letztes Jahr einen Tick besser.

Gepflegtes Hotel und sehr gute Küche .

Sehr gutes Essen , saubere gepflegte Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Da wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht waren , mußte man zur Halbpension und dem großen Wellnessbereich durchs Freie .

Schöner Aufenthalt, waren leider nur 1 Nacht dort auf der Heimreise. Hotel kann sehr empfohlen werden.

Vergrösserungsspiegel in Bad fehlt, Wellness vom Aktivhaus nicht unterirdisch verbunden. Von Frühling bis Herbst kein Problem, im Winter eher !

Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist hervorragend und geht auf alle Sonderwünsche ein.

Die Kopfkissen und die Zudecke sind nicht aus Federn, sondern aus Synthetik. Somit schwitzt man wirklich richtig. Ich habe alles aus den Überzügen entfernt, dann war es einigermaßen angenehm.

Der wellnessbereich ist auf verschiedene Häuser aufgeteilt. Man kann also nach der Sauna nicht in den Pool

La piscine Le personnel

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et, comme il a fait chaud, on a ouvert la fenêtre. Mais comme on est au bord de la route, on est réveillés tôt. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Il y a une machine dans le couloir, mais il faut payer, ce n'est pas normal. À la réception, il n'y a jamais personne, donc c'est compliqué de poser une question. Petit déjeuner toujours la même chose et pain congelé.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Balkon im Haupthaus. Das Essen bzw Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen.
