Family Suite Summer Stay

The staff were very friendly and joked with the children, facilities were good, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were clean, tidy and very good. Plunge pool would have been nice!! The food was great every day with good choices and portion sizes.

The hotel is great but no drinks included with the half board catering. A plunge pool in the wellness area would have been good and maybe the ability to book massage etc for post mountain aches but that's just being fussy as everything else was great!!

Perfect place for a cosy stay between the mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the VAYA Pfunds. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and very well furnished. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good. The position was great to reach many points of interest by car.

Relax stay in the mountains 🏔️

It was amazing place to relax in the high mountains between Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Hotel was very comfortable with huge swimming pool and sauna spa. The employees was sweet and helpful all the time. Definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was great - but the halbpension dinners were a bit mediocre and a low-cost focused. Do not expect a memorable 3 course gastronomic dining experience….

Good location. Located in a nice little village, not at the piste, but good to explore three great skiing areas (Serfaus, Ishgl, Nauders). Also excellent for running or langlauf (when there is snow). Compliments to the cook! He is good and fast!

Amazing hotel, great located. Very friendly staff, speaking all possible languages. The rooms vere big and very clean, and also very good isolated - no noise at all. Spa area was amazing. 4 saunas and a big swimming pool. Breakfast rich on choice, just everything you need. Excellent dinner, various dishes from Tyrol. Stayed with my family of 4 and we all loved it.

Swimming pool was a bit cold on my opinion, but as a plus, not busy😂 All the food during the breakfast and dinner time was excellent, but for some reason only soup was very salted every day. The shampoo in the shower was finished on the 3d day of our stay and never refilled again. Those are just tiny moments, which could be better. The hotel is wonderful in general.

Krásné a prostorné ubytování.

Krásný a prostorný pokoj. Ubytování je útulné, v rámci polopenze chutná večeře a na snídani velký výběr. Čekala jsem, že hotel bude vzhledem k poloze trochu hlučnější, překvapivě v něm naprostý klid. Bazén jsme nestihli využít, ale vypadal skvěle. Na pokoji byl minibar s kávou a čajem, vůbec by nevadilo něco mít i v lednici :). Nicméně hotel má příjemný bar, takže nic nechybělo.

Kdyby byly místo paland pro děti klasické postele, nedalo by se naprosto nic vytknout.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Leiterin: Sie war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Solch eine persönliche und professionelle Betreuung erlebt man nicht überall. Dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen haben, hat uns natürlich zusätzlich sehr gefreut. Auch als mein Bruder später angereist ist, wurde sich sofort gekümmert und er hat sogar noch eine kalte Platte zum Essen bekommen. Leckeres Essen, sowohl morgens als auch abends, und ein toller Wellnessbereich waren auch vorhanden - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das ist wirklich Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau! 😊 – das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch könnte man für Gäste, die nicht so viel Brot essen möchten, zum Beispiel Bircher Müsli, Chia-Pudding oder eine größeren Auswahl an Joghurt-Variationen anbieten. Das hätte das Angebot für uns persönlich noch perfekter gemacht.

das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist, es ruhig haben möchte.super war die Organisation mit

- Der Wellnessbereich - gesamt Einrichtungsstil

- das Essen war mittelmässig - gut ( Buffet hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können, es war täglich gleich) - das Silvester Galamenü war einfach gehalten und die Organisation/ Abfolge war/ wirkte unkoordiniert ( Bsp. die Ausgabe der Suppe war wie eine“Suppen Küche“ arrangiert - die Gäste standen „Schlange“ um die Suppe am Topf zu erhalten)

Nur zu empfehlen - besticht durch tolles Team in der Küche, im Service und im Roomservice.

Dieses Hotel macht definitiv das Personal aus. Dieses ist jedes Jahr fast immer i. Der gleichen Besetzung und alle sind unfassbar, serviceorientiert, freundlich und herzlich.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlen leider die frischen Gurken und Tomaten und seinerzeit gab es immer Minischokocroissant. Das fehlt mir. Im Saunabereich sollte die Tür nach außen geprüft werden, diese ist ziemlich laut, wenn sie ins Schloss fällt. Des Weiteren finde ich es unglücklich das der Raucherplatz draußen im Saunabereich direkt an der Tür ist, so kommt mit jeder Öffnung der Tür der ganze Raucherqualm mit in den Spabereich.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Wochenend-Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Wir haben ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Die Zimmer waren groß, sehr komfortabel und schön, vor allem der große Balkon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl.

Vor allem der Spa-Bereich hat kurze Öffnungszeiten.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bett sehr gemütlich.

Der Pool ist nur bis 19h offen. Wenn an den ganzen Tag unterwegs, ist es etwas knapp zum entspannen.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Lage ideal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Der Pool großzügig.

Das Zimmer war im August ziemlich heiß und es gab keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage. Wir haben dann in der Nacht meist die Balkontür offen gelassen. Das ging ganz gut.
