Good hotel for one night stay, we liked the breakfast

It is located on the road to Livigno, so we booked a stay and next day we were skiing in Livigno! Our room was big and nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, but absolutely okay. I liked that they have a fridge with different drinks near the reception and you can take and pay later. Family style. Breakfast with is nice!

Our friends room was not that good - bathroom was behind a curtain-door and it was smaller.

Very little electric sockets in my room. One next to the door and one next to the bed. (The second at the bed was used for the TV already) but this was my only complain, and next time I'll just bring some extension device with me.

Perfect overnight-stop with family on the way to Italy

We arrived quite late after a long drive. The parking seemed to be full, but we were told where we could still park on the hotel grounds. We also got some recommendations to eat in the little village which was great. Our host was just great! Our room was on the top floor and rather large with a nice scenery view from the balcony. We had contacted the pension before with our arrival time and they had heated up the sauna just for us, which was also great. Breakfast was tasty and was a good start into the day.

The furniture and bathroom equipment was rather old and could use some make-over, but everything worked, so nothing really to complain!

Topp Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch in der Hochsaison und ein optimales, ja ideales Quartier für einen kurzen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie! Verkehrstechnisch hervorragend gelegene, familiär geführte Pension im Schnittbereich von drei Topp-Skigebieten (Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Samnaun-Ischgl). Die Chefin und das Personal waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und bombastisch, ja von bester Qualität. Das war deutlich mehr, als wir erwartet hatten... Auch der kleine, sehr gepflegte Sauna-Bereich in der 1. Etage (gegen 5,- € Aufpreis) ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Ausstattung der Pension ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Mobiliar ist trotz bester Pflege und höchster Sauberkeit nicht mehr das Allerneueste. Das tut dem Sich-rundum-Wohlfühlen aber keinen Abbruch.

Wygodne i funkcjonalne mieszkanie (ulokowane na piętrze oddzielnego domu) z dużym salonem i dwoma sypialniami, łazienką i niewielką, ale bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Internet, Dobre miejsce wypadowe na narty: do Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis autem 25 min, do Nauders i Samnaun (Ischgl od strony Szwajcarii) autobusy mają przystanek 150 m od domu.

Die Schlüssel hingen wie besprochen am Schlüsselbrett, schöner ist es trotzdem, persönlich empfangen zu werden, so dass auch Fragen direkt beantwortet werden können und gerade als Neuling in der Region hilft persönliche Ansprache sehr.

Im sehr kleinen Saunabereich war der Ruheraum immer sehr kalt, so dass nach Sauna und Dusche ein Ausruhen kaum möglich war. Bademäntel gab es leider keine. Aber das wäre vielleicht auch etwas viel verlangt. Aber Duschgel und Shampoo im Saunabereich/Dusche wäre schön gewesen. Und kein Angebot Abend etwas zu essen bedeutete, dass man auswärts essen gehen musste. Das war schade, aber wahrscheinlich üblich.

Es war sauber, Willkommenssekt wurde im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Keiner war vor Ort, aber telefonisch erreichbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung

Ich habe leider dort nicht übernachtet, die Lage dort ist anders gewesen als erwartet und als ich rein kam bzw auch die ganze Ausstattung ist eher etwas für einen Aufenthalt für ältere Menschen. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt, aber ich habe mich leider nicht wohl gefühlt. Auch die Zimmer waren zum mindestens für mich nicht sehr ansprechend, vorallem das Badezimmer. Für eine ältere Generation bestimmt ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dafür in Ordnung. Es wurde ein kleines Willkommenssekt hingestellt, das war eine schöne Idee. Leider war während der ganzen Zeit keiner vor Ort, aber telefonisch erreichbar. Für mich leider nichts.
