Great for family ski holiday

Location is superb. Although the glacier was closed during our stay, but the hotel isn’t far from other skii resorts. Room is spacious and clean. WiFi works well. Sauna and steam room are superb for relaxing after a day of skiing. All staff are very friendly. There is a big kids playroom which located across the road. Great for kids to play after dinner.

They don’t accept bank cards to pay for drinks. Perhaps the use of credit card could improve a bit more.

Budget stay but not recommended for long stay.

We liked the kids playarea and the restaurant. The food options although limited, were good value for money. There was always a vegetarian option available as well. It's at a very peaceful location almost at the end of tirol region and very close to glacierstrasse.

The beds were highly uncomfortable.The bed frame would creak even on slight movement and the mattress gave us back ache. We checked out early because we were not able to sleep and relax properly. Rooms are really outdated.

Great hotel for family winter holiday.

Perfectly located hotel with nice family rooms and all needed skiing facilities. Good full board dining. Unfortunately not all rooms have wifi coverage.

beds are a little bit unconfortable..but no problem for us

The town was interesting and had a lot of options for little kids - climbing wall, skiing, pool, seeing the cows. Everything was comfortable and good value for the money.

During the week we stayed, the menu stayed very similar. Dessert was almost a type of creme very night. But staff was able to provide fruit as a alternative for our lactose free group.

Poměr kvalita a cena odpovídá, na prodloužený víkend dostačující, sauna byla taky super.

Snídaně byla dobrá a odpovídající hotelu 3* (chyběla jen zelenina,jinak ok), večeřím nemam co vytknout. Sauna super Lyžařský areál Serfaus 30min autem.

Matrace byly měkké a proleželé, delší dobu bych tam spát nechtěla.

Hotel vřele doporučuji. Zastávka skibusu jen 3minutky pěšky od hotelu. ideální poloha pro lyžování.

Snídaně i večeře chutnaly výborně. Člověk měl možnost si každé ráno vybrat z nabídky dvou večeří. Byly bohaté.

Hezké ubytování za dobrý poměr cena/výkon.

Tichý, čistý, prostorný a pohodlný pokoj s balkónem a výhledem na ledovec. Wellness s mnoha možností saunování, opravdu veliký, čistý a vše funkční. Lyžárna s ohřívačema na boty, parkoviště hned u vchodu s dostatečnou kapacitou.

Jídelna prostorná ale nabídka jídel slabší. Teplá byla pouze káva a čaj jinak jej studené pokrmy. Ke snídani žádná zelenina a např míchaná vajíčka za poplatek. K jogurtu bohatý výběr ovoce ale obden.

Poza sezonem piwo, wino i napoje do kolacji. Kolacje bogate, nakładasz ile chcesz. Codziennie serwis w pokoju. Lokalizacja świetna, chyba ostatni hotel w drodze na lodowiec.

Grzejnik bardzo słabo grzał w nocy i było zimno. Na śniadanie tylko jajka, słabe wędliny, jogurt, mleko i płatki śniadaniowe. Zero warzyw.

Okolica jest przepiękna – naprawdę warto tu przyjechać, żeby zobaczyć miasteczko i przede wszystkim drogę prowadzącą na

FARELKA - Po zgłoszeniu, że w pokoju panuje bardzo niska temperatura, otrzymaliśmy z recepcji farelkę, ponieważ kaloryfery były jedynie lekko ciepłe i nie zapewniały odpowiedniego ogrzewania

Sauna wymaga pilnej renowacji — kafelki odpadają, a w prysznicu na fugach widać ślady grzyba. Dodatkowym problemem była ciągle opadająca słuchawka prysznicowa, co utrudniało korzystanie z łazienki. Warto też wspomnieć, że mimo zaznaczenia w ofercie potrzeby łóżka małżeńskiego, w pokoju zastaliśmy dwa pojedyncze łóżka jedynie zsunięte razem.

Huwelijksreis zonder felicitaties

Rustige ligging aan het begin van de Kaunertaler Gletscherstrasse. Dus relatief weinig verkeer door de straat s’avonds. Ontbijt is meer dan prima. Er mocht geen eten en drinken worden meegenomen. Tijdens het ontbijt sta je helaas geregeld voor een rij gasten die langdurig hun thermosflessen aan het vullen zijn met koffie en thee.

Het was onze huwelijksreis en vooraf had ik contact gehad of ze iets feestelijks konden doen. Ze zouden iets leuks met de kamer doen en in het restaurant. Helaas is het vergeten en dat was een beetje jammer. Ook bij uit checken werd totaal niet gevraagd of we een leuk verblijf hebben gehad. Wel is het een luidruchtige trappenhal. En de kinderen die nog energie hadden maakte daar gretig gebruik van met al het gegil wat daarbij komt.

Krach im Treppenhaus bis spät abends (bis 22:15) und frühs (ab 6:30). Frühstück und Abendessen überschaubar und leider nichts überwältigendes. Laut Beschreibung sind Getränke zum Abendessen bis 21:00 Uhr inklusive. Am 1. Abend ja, danach nicht mehr und es musste jeden Abend bezahlt werden und es konnte nicht auf Zimmer geschrieben werden!!! Der Kinderlärm ist leider nicht normal. Waren selber mit 3 Kinder da. Hotel ist eher eine Jugendherberge!!! Lüfter im Bad defekt. Badewanne ohne Duschwand. Bad immer unter Wasser nach dem Duschen.

Wir sind das zweite Mal im Hotel Tia Monte, es ist für uns entspannend und erholsam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. So kann man sich erholen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Kaunertal è un luogo molto tranquillo e a contatto con la natura, consigliamo!

Bellissimo posto, il Kaunertal è una valle davvero magica e l'hotel è in un punto ideale, il più vicino al ghiacciaio e circondato da natura, ha un piccolo giardino con altalena e scivolo ed è vicinissimo ad un campo da calcio dove è possibile giocare e una pista per le biciclette. L'hotel è pulito, gli operatori sono gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo preso la pensione completa ma abbiamo usufruito solo della colazione e della cena per nostre esigenze personali: cibo buono e vario, personale gentile, refill disponibile molte volte. La camera era pulita, il servizio di pulizia mattutino è stato veloce ed efficiente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Non tutti parlavano benissimo inglese, quindi a volte le comunicazioni erano un po' confuse.
