Extremely pleasant and practical stay for motorcyclists - top marks

Excellent location for motorcyclists eager to conquer the nearby Glacier Road, just 500 meters from the toll booth. Beautiful alpine environment, extra spacious room, separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub, balcony/window with mountain view. Supermarket nearby at walking distance, and also had a pleasant dinner at the hotel premises. The helpful, polite and pleasant personnel left me with the best impressions.

The sauna and steam room with the showers and fresh towel is an amazing facility to offer when you are snowboarding all day and your muscles are sore. It really does help and is very relaxing.

Good location near the main road in Feichten. The key collection in Hotel Tia Monte two minutes car drive in Feichten as well. Spacious room with small, good equipped kitchen. Large ski-room with the possibility to make your ski by yourself.

Wonderful place

The flat is very comfortable and clean, the kitchens is furnished. Nice view from the terraces. It's perfect to do hiking in the mountains in Kaunertal.

Great location, quiet and beautiful area. Friendly personel and good cleaning service. Nice small appartement with good bathroom, decent beds and closet, separate wc, rather small but adequate kitchen. Balcony with great view. Decent parking area. Hiking options nearby. Town has also a small convenience store for groceries and couple of shops for hiking clothing/shoes if you need more.

You could hear a bit other appartements above or next to us, but overal quiet. Also wifi hotspot use is good but with more people on the network it becomes very slow.

Beware of mad woman in the restaurant and management not present in the disputes

The mad woman in the restaurant really ruined our vacation, so never again at this hotel

It is the first time in my life when this happens to me and my family. For start, the hotel has a policy of children friendliness. This means that the little ones are not expected to behave in this hotel like adults going to an opera. Second, in charge of the restaurant is a mean woman, which in the second day of our stay prohibited us to come and eat at the restaurant because she is saying, the children were disturbing the other guests. There were 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant and our children were not shouting or screaming, they were just a little loud and playing a little bit around the table. Again, the hotel's policy sayis they accept children at all ages. We complained at the hotel maangement and we insisted and demanding appologies. After a day of skiing we were supposed to go out in cold with the children, because a mad lady in the restaurant wants to serve only couples that stay quiet at the table. No official appology came and therefore soon we will be addressing an official claim to the customer protection in Austria. Furthermore this hotel has no reception, no one to talk about and complain face to face.

Great value, kind staff, nice location

Nice rooms, balcony, sauna and steam room. 20+ km cross country ski trails right out the door, rodalben trail just around the corner, bus to Kauerntaler glacier ski resort. Food was great given the price per person and very nice and friendly staff. Was able to pay with credit card, no problem. Definitely recommend!

Staff not smiling so much, the dog can not enter the restaurant - but great location and clean.

Great location near glacier and clean rooms. Gentle cleaning women.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to bring the dog and I paid 9 euros a day, but the dog can not enter the restaurant and I was not informed when booking. The waitresses were not very smiling and the food was not good (in Austria we eat much better!)

Dideli, gerai įrengti 6-viečiai apartamentai su dviem balkonais, puikiu vaizdu į kalnus. Atnaujinta SPA zona su geromis pirtimis, šildomas slidinėjimo įrangos kambarys . Nemokamai galima apsilankyti gerame baseine už 300 metrų nuo viešbučio. Šalia baseino kavinėje skanus XXL Vienos šnicelis ir iš kitos pastato pusės geras Supermarketas. Patogi lokacija norint slidinėti Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis kurorte.

Du Unterkunft liegt gut. Recht zentral im Ort Kaunatal. Zum Skibus läuft man 5 Minuten. Zum Supermarkt 10-15 Minuten, genauso wie zum Ski Verleih. Wir hatten das Zimmer 302 für 2 Personen. Vom Platz her ausreichend . Auch von der Möblierung . Es gibt einen Aufzug bis in den Keller zum Skiraum.

Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Genauso wie auf der Allgemeinzustand Dreckiges Sofa Lockere Duschhalterung Lockere Türgriffe und Lichtschalter Für die Toilette darf man nicht Mehrgewichtig sein, da sonst kein Platz ist. Die Tür hat Aussparungen um zuzugehen. Dreckiges / schimmeliges Silikon in der Dusche. Flecken an Wänden in der Küche Schubladen die nicht aufgehen ohne den Türrahmen zu beschädigen. Badezimmer Tür schließt nicht vollständig, die Küchentür quasi gar nicht Die Matratzen gleichen einem Brett und sind lediglich in Bauchlage für mehr als 2 Nächte auszuhalten.

In der Sauna sind weniger als nötig Wäsche Haken an der Wänden direkt neben Sauna. Wenn am Nachmittag alle in die Sauna gehen gibt's ab und zu mal Probleme.

Rein gar nichts.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, bis auf die Dame am letzten Tag. Das Essen war fad, ohne Gewürze und kalt. Es gab nichts warmes zum Frühstück. Der Toilettensitz war billigstes Plastik und defekt. Die Heizung funktionierte nur am ersten Abend. Man konnte ab 20:00 Uhr abends keinen mehr erreichen, auch nicht im Haupthaus. Es war wie in einer billigen Absteige.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Einrichtung aus den 70er-Jahren, mitten im Zimmer am Fußende des Bettes war ein Rolladen, hinter der ein Kühlschrank brummte. Man kam sich mit dem Rolladen vor, wie in Asien in einer Einkaufsstraße. Die Möbel waren heruntergekommen, das WC-Becker gerissen, die Toilettenbrille lose und kaputt. Das Frühstück war sehr lieblos angerichtet. Es gab kein Rührei oder Spiegelei. Saft war in Kannen auf dem Tisch. Es gab nur Filterkaffee aus einer Thermoskanne. Das Abendessen war auch sehr lieblos gekocht mit Soßen aus der Großpackung.

Zimmergröße ist bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Bad ist modernisiert und ausreichend groß. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war gut. Ausreichende Menge und frisch. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Dem Balkon würde eine gründliche Reinigung nicht schaden. Es gibt eben auch Reisende die sich Anfang Oktober noch gerne mit Jacke an die frische Luft setzen.

Zimno w pokoju. Temperatura spadała do 4*C, a grzejniki nadal zimne. Brak wentylacji w kuchni, nieprzyjemny olejowy osad w kuchni. Ruszający sie kran kuchenny. Sporo małych niedociągnięć. Jedna z recepcjonistek mówiła tylko po Austryjacku.

Jammer dat we halverwege ons verblijf bij Tia Apart bij Tia Monte moeten gaan eten. Dit was drukker en hierdoor iets minder gezellig.

Alles relativ neu. Zimmer sehr schön aber sehr Warm. Schöne Anlage. Frühstücksauswahl ausreichend.

Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer was .En miste ook een waterkoker of koffie machine , aangezien dat je bij tia Monte moest ontbijten en avondeten .Was ik er aan gewend moesten we weer terug naar Tia Apart daar weer eten .Verder hebben wij een mooie vakantie gehad hotel prima netjes onderhouden zag er keurig uit !

Ubytování ušlo, pokud uvažujete pobyt, rozhodně bez stravy, nevyplatí se.

Personál na recepci, který uměl anglicky. Výhled na hory.

Zastaralé vybavení, plíseň v koupelně. Inzerovány výhled do zahrady byl ve skutečnosti na parkoviště a další hotel. Žádný větrák na toaletě a v koupelně - spínal se externě jen v určitých hodinách. Nic nebylo v angličtině: popisky, prospekty, mapy, menu - bohužel nám personál restaurace neuměl ani přeložit. Informace k check-inu byly také zaslány pouze v Němčině, takže jsme nevěděli, že je v jiné budově. V okolí není žádná lékárna. Na každou atrakci musíte mít appku a dostupný internet, opět je vše pouze v Němčině. Co se týče stravy, je to vždy ošemetné, jelikož 100 lidí má 100 chutí. Nicméně zde jsme dostávali k večeři pouze polotovary a to v tak malých porcích, že jsme zkrátka zůstávali o hladu (běžně se najím ze 3 vajíček a půlky krajíce) a museli jsme se dojídat na pokoji. Polévka čirý bujón 2 ze 3 dnů. Těstovin k masu bylo sotva 50 g, rozprostřené v jedné tenké vrstvě, kuřecího masa doslova 5 malých kousíčků. Zvláštní bylo, že lidé okolo dostávali větší porce, např. 2 masa, místo 1, nebo 3 rolády místo 2. Na snídaně pouze pečivo, uzeniny (sýr, šunka, salám), vejce na tvrdo a müsli s jogurty - konec. Možná, že kdyby si za polopenzi neúčtovali 32 € na osobu za den, vnímali bychom to jinak. Ale za tu cenu to je výsměch.
