Our Son gives it 10 out of 10

Max on the front desk was a nice guy. Our 8yr old son really loved our night there, he enjoyed the pool and the kids play room. We enjoyed playing table tennis. The spa area was fairly decent. The hotel has a beautiful mountain range view in front of it.

Our room faced the building at the side, so no view at all, fine, not a big deal. The prices in the bar menu were incorrect, we were charged more then we should have been but were given so much attitude when we pointed it out, we weren't bothered about the few euros but were upset with how we were spoken to. Claudia on reception shouldn't really be doing a job where she has to deal with customers, her way was shocking. The food - breakfast and dinner was lovelessly prepared and sub par. We went there because it was an extremely well priced half board night away, but honestly it wasn't worth the effort to go there.. The decor feels dated throughout, even the refurbished areas. Overall, i would say the staff are not happy or joyful at all and that is felt in the whole place - so overall not great. No hair dryer in the room. Not a 4 star. But still we had a nice enough time.

A good place for holiday.

Perfect location with a spectacular view. A soccer field is right next to the hotel so the kids can spend their energy there.

The food in the hotel is pretty normal, and one can't really say that it is with decent quality.

Thoroughly recommend accomodation but car to get there and go to best runs is helpful.

Half board included a great breakfast and a 5 course well planned and beautifully cooked evening meal. The wellness centre was a good pool and saunas to suit all requirements. Staff were conscientious in checking your drink charges for the evening meals were accurate and table service was quick and efficient for the many courses. Individual group needs were always effortlessly supported. Reception was amazingly supportive for multiple enquires, day sightseeing planning and organising transport.

The sofa beds were great for children. The vehicular on the mountain charges €8 for using a card so use cash. Check which runs are open to decide if it suits your families skills.

The location is fantastic. 10 out of 10 for the location. The sauna and steam bath are good for couples. The room was not too bad and the bed was comfortable.

The children's area is old smelly and dirty. You can not put a little toddler on the floor. The bouncy castle is not available at all times. There is a slide that is of no use. For any older children above 4, it is not interesting and for younger ones, it's not practical. The area looks dark on full sunny days. The breakfast/dinner is just mediocre. Even for the price, it is not worth it.

An amazing vacation in the Tyrolean Alps.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Mattheas has created a great team that is attentive and friendly. Daniel and George were great at taking care of us each day in the restaurant and bar and by the end of the trip had become wonderful friends who knew my daughters by first name giving hugs and candy each day. The location of the hotel is amazing for outdoor lovers; situated on the side of a mountain near a chair lift there is plenty to see and do. I highly recommend the three wheelers which were a huge hit for my family. Also, the little sports store next door was super! They had a great selection for a small shop and Tobias, the owner, was always helpful. This entire trip was one of my family's favourites.

There was nothing that disappointed us at the hotel. Mattheas worked very hard to ensure the hotel and his team were 'on point.'

No serieousness about customer requirements. We specifically asked for "Gluten-Free". Before booking the reception confirmed that it is possible BUTT nobody was serious about it. WLAN was bad.

Relaxing for families

The pool and kids Sauna were great. They are next to each other so very convenient. The Sauna for Adults was also good. Staff is great and very helpful. They explained the access to the Kaunertaler Gletscher. The place is a ski area so worth a visit and even if you do not ski, the drive to the top is worthwhile. The Hotel is next to ski pistes so hopefully if you get there in the ski season then this Hotel is fantastically placed for skiers. The hotel lounge is great where you can relax after dinner, have a few drinks and is child friendly.

The room size is quite small, especially with kids. The sofa bed and the main bed were almost touching each other with no room to move around. the sofa when converted to a bed was blocking the access to the balcony. The dinner times from 18:00 to 20:00 are quite short, especially when they stop refilling and you had to constantly ask for stuff. The kids play area in the basement is very dark and minimal (We did not use it, but just to manage expectations for others with small children)

Lovely kinder hotel within walking distance to winter sports

The room setup was perfect for us with 2 adults and 2 children (pocket doors which closed to a space with 2 couch/twins for the kids) and we had a lovely view of the area. Half board was easy, convenient and decent. Breakfast had many egg options which isn't always the case in Europe. The kinder buffet was nice for the children, one option for them. Our favourite meal was the Tirolean buffet night and it was so nice to always have a salad bar as an option. The location was perfect with the ski shop next door and lifts a walk away! The staff was lovely and incredibly hospitable which made the experience so wonderful!

Food was sufficient but not the best we have had in half board; good for the value. Initially when we arrived there were many young children so just know it is definitely more of a kinder/family hotel. We wished they would have seated us with some distance to other families as many tables were empty and our area seemed packed... just due to pandemic. Other measures kept us safe and fine.

Te druk

De hulp van het hotel toen onze auto gestrand was door de hevige sneeuwval. Wij kwamen vast te zitten (met sneeuwkettingen en al). De medewerkers regelden vervoer voor ons en onze bagage. De auto moesten we laten staan totdat de wegen weer begaanbaar waren.

De drukte in het hotel. Het is erg groot en prima voor gezinnen met kinderen, maar zelfs onze zoon van 12 jaar verbaasde zich over de herrie die de kinderen maakten. Het zwembad werd overgenomen door een groepje kinderen van 7-10 jaar oud, die zonder enige toezicht en begeleiding van ouders de boel gingen slopen. Nadat wij ze daarop hebben aangesproken schrokken ze een beetje. De ouders waren na 1,5 uur even komen kijken…

Kolacje którymi się nie najesz i dodatkowo płatne napoje - po pierwszym dniu zrezygnowaliśmy z kolacji bo nie miało to sensu. Hotel wymaga renowacji, aktualnie jest dobrze ale bez inwestycji w remont za kilka lat będzie to wyglądało źle.

Gutes Hotel besonders wenn man kleine Kinder hat.

Ausstattung war gut. Auch Pool und Wellness Bereich vorhanden. Das Essen war ok. Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Das Hotel liegt zwar neben einem Skigebiet, das Skigebiet ist aber überwiegend nur für Kleinkinder. Mit meinen Kids müssten wir jeden Tag ca. eine Stunde bis zum nächsten Skigebiet fahren. Ich habe von einem sehr freundlichen Mann an der Rezeption einen Tipp bekommen wir ich das andere Skigebiet erreiche. Das hat mir gut geholfen aber es gibt kein Transfer oder keine grundsätzliche Info für Leute die sich in der Region nicht auskennen.. Die Rezeption war fast nie besetzt. Die Kellner*innen sehr nett aber hektisch.

Tesisin konumu kayak pistinin hemen yanında, sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemekleri gayet başarılı. Geniş bir açık büfesi var. Personel güleryüzlü, yardımsever, ilgililer.

Odalar oldukça eski kalmış. Tesisin genel bir renevasyon ihtiyacı var. Ama herşeyden öte otelin tam yanında köy evi var. Evin ağırı açık, ineklerin tüm pislik kokuları havalandırmak için kapı veya cam açtığımızda odaya doluyordu. Odanın havalandırma sistemi de yetersiz olunca oldukça havasız bir ortam oluyor odalarda. Ayrıca yastıklar çok konforsuzdu.

Obwohl es der letzte Öffnungstag der Sommersaison war, gab es einen sehr guten Service. Und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht zu überbieten.
