I mostly book budget rooms, but I have never had a room that, apart from furniture, bedding and towels, didn't even have a water glass, a cup, let alone a kettle. Never again in this accommodation. I guess I should be glad the owner provided toilet paper.

Very Nice owners. Very friendly and helpfull. The day we checked out, we still went skiing. We were allowed to leave our luggage till late afternoon.

Meget smuk beliggenhed. Flot natur. Hyggelig lejlighed. Rent og pænt. Dejligt med balkon og udestue. Venligt værtspar.

Det er småting. Men man skal selv huske at medbringe alt. Fra håndsæbe, opvasketabs til toiletpapir, salt etc. Vi fik 2 ruller til 6 overnatninger. Vi måtte købe alt. Der mangler et par god knive.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich hatte ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und Tisch. Es war gemütlich, fühlte mich zu Hause. Das auch weil die Familie so unkompliziert und freundlich ist. Und sehr sehr ruhig.

Traumlage und unglaubliches Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

Ein Wasserkocher für meinen geliebten Nescafe Gold Crema, ein Mini Kühlschrank und ein wunderschöner Burg Nauders und Bergblick zum unfassbaren Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in Top Lage in Nauders. Von hier aus kann man die super 3 Länder Enduro Trails fahren oder als Basislager in alle Richtungen ausschwärmen (Graubünden, Vinschgau, Tiroler Oberland). Ich komme sehr gern wieder!!!

Auch wenn man für den geringen Preis nicht viel erwarten kann, könnte es sauber. ordentlich und ein bisschen freundlich

Die Unterkunft lag sehr schön und man konnte draußen sitzen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr klein, nicht ganz sauber und es war kein Personal zu sehen, nur telefonisch zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war nur von außen zu betreten. Also von der Gartenseite. Es gab zwar eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, für das Doppelzimmer jedoch nur eine Tasse und einen Teller. Alles ziemlich lieblos gemacht. Tisch und Stühle draußen waren abgenutzt und kaputt, es lag sehr viel Reparaturmaterial, Schrauben etc. herum. Zudem waren die Räume extrem hellhörig.

Immer wieder gerne...

Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch. Ich konnte den nicht inkludierten Kühlschrank kostenfrei benutzen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gerade fürs biken ideal. Sie liegt direkt am Fahrradweg zur Bergkastel Talstation. Mit dem Bike sind es keine 5 Minuten bis dorthin. Auch zur Talstation Mutzkopf dauert es ungefähr genauso lange. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie MPreis (günstiges Frühstück) und Spar sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Die zugehörige Terrasse läd zum verschnaufen nach den biken ein.

In Bad und Dusche fehlen definitiv Ablagen. Shampoo und Duschgel müssen auf dem Boden der Dusche abgestellt werden. Hat man keinen Waschbeutel zum aufhängen findet dieser leider auch keinen Platz :( Irritiert hat mich der Bewegungsmelder im zum Zimmer gehörigen Flur. Das Licht geht nämlich auch an wenn sich im nebenan liegenden Zimmer (getrennt durch eine abgeschlossene Durchgangstür) jemand bewegt. Hatte bisher tatsächlich noch nie innerhalb eines Zimmers oder einer Ferienwohnung einen Bewegungsmelder.

Schöne Lage, direkt am Radweg, netter Empfang von Gastgeber. Wasserkocher, Besteck und Teller vorhanden, Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Leider war das Bad nicht sauber, die Klobrille fleckig und das Klo nicht gespült bei meiner Ankunft. Wie schafft man es das zu "vergessen" bei der Reinigung? Noch nie erlebt. Sehr hellhörig außerdem, durch die Tür zu den Nachbarn kann man jedes Wort verstehen. No privacy. Zu warm geheizt. Keine Möglichkeit es zu regulieren, außer mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Unangenehm.

Die Lage ist ein guter Startpunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten und der Ausblick lässt einen nicht los. Der Gastgeber Hely ist super sympathisch. Alles verlief einfach und unkompliziert.

Schlafen wie im Motel

Smart TV mit vielen Fernsehprogrammen Ruhige Umgebung trotz mitten im Ort. Gute Restaurants, Supermarkt, EC Automat in naher Umgebung

Einfahrt des Apartment Hauses sehr unordentlich, Kinderspielzeug überall am Boden, Zugang zum Apartment im Einfamilienhaus sehr chaotisch und unordentlich. Zimmer war sehr kalt. Die Heizung war noch nicht funktionsfähig. Menschen Haare unter dem Leintuch, Katzenhaare im Bett. Keine Ersatz Decke, kein Ersatz Kissen, Kein Zahnputzbecher, keine Seife.. Schade, dass hier einfachste Standarts nicht erfüllt wurden
