Lovely village and location. Staff were not helpful

Underground parking for motorcycle and location

No air conditioning, no spare pillows, staff away early couldn’t contact anyone. They did not give us any information on local facilities

Great hotel with very friendly owner/hostess in quiet village with great ski areas nearby

The owner/hostess was very friendly. It is run by the family and that is something we really like. Excellent and friendly service. We had to change our booking because of a Covid infection, but that was not a problem. The location within the region for skiing was perfect, 10 mins to Haider alm, 10 mins to Watles and 40 mins to Sulden am Ortler. The village is nice and quiet and offers 3 good restaurants, one of which was more luxurious. The facilities were great, we enjoyed the sauna and there was a good ski locker room. The car could be parked almost in front of the hotel. The view from dining (and breakfast) area is stunning with the big windows. The apartment was spacious and contained everything you need for a week. Also more than enough locker space. And it had a mega balcony, although we didn't enjoy it because we were on the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Very friendly people and awesome ski areas nearby.

Die Lage, direkt an den Wanderwegen, und doch zentral, die Aussicht vom schönen Balkon. Schönes großes Studio. Der Brötchenservice. Die nette Wirtin. Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Mit Hund, wäre ein Staubsauger angebracht gewesen. Obwohl man für einen Hund ja inzwischen überall bezahlen muss, ist der Service in der Richtung häufig mau. Ab und an kann man sich über Näpfe und Liegeplätze freuen, hier nicht. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und hängt ziemlich ungemütlich hoch in der Ecke. Ist eine Kaffeemaschine noch zeitgemäß?

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. La posizione era perfetta per fare escursioni, accompagnati dal nostro cane. Zona molto tranquilla con bel panorama sul gruppo dell'Ortles.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft mit Bergblick sowie guter Ausstattung.

Mit der inkludierten Südtirol Gästecard kann man den gut ausgebauten ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich, ist jedoch sicherlich subjektiv.

Sehr, sehr schönes Zimmer - hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Jederzeit wieder!

Einzig was wir nicht entdeckt haben, ist die Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu kaufen. Das wäre noch das i-tüpfelchen gewesen :-)
