Great, very helpful very happy

Very friendly, very welcoming. I was late for my booking and I confirmed with them. I was going to be late and they sorted my family dinner after the kitchen was closed Kept our dinner warm and was amazing.

Nothing I didn’t like the property was amazing throughout very friendly staff extremely good food great location only thing that would suit me better would’ve been a thicker duvet apart from that place is amazing and I would revisit it many many time. Thank you for all your help staff very helpful and very happy

Integrity is everything. The fantastic stay is secondary.

I like that they made an error and admitted it, apologized and treated me exceptionally well. That’s say a lot about a place having integrity. They came to room an hour after they realized the error to apologize. Integrity is a rare thing in today’s world. That in itself makes this place exceptional.

-Brilliant place to stay in Sulden / Solda - fantastic staff and superb, modern facilities

This place is simply brilliant! It looks modern, stylish and like it was done up last week. The rooms (I had a deluxe room) are beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, lovely view, plentiful and tasty breakfast and above all the most helpful team of staff I have encountered in Europe, ever. There's a bar / restaurant that does pizza, burgers and a bit of pasta, all good quality and the place gets frequented in summer by hikers, bikers and other active types. Lovely sauna (available 16:30 - 20.00 in summer), space to store bikes and you can charge your electric vehicle should you need it. Absolultely loved this place.

Superb staff. Helpful, friendly and kind. Comfortable, spacious room. Good beds. Excellent location. Good food. Fair prices.

Shared balcony. Couple of families who think the world belongs to them....not hotels fault of course... But noisy and intrusive ( shared balcony) and certainly a negative impact on our stay. Slow lift.

Best breakfast of a three week trip. Room had balcony and spectacular mountain views, access to the roof with great views. Very clean. Reception very helpful and informative. Great road with lovely views up to the hotel. Restaurant good and tasty, if not exceptional.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay in Hotel Nives!

Modern hotel, nicely furbished rooms with great view to the village and the mountains. Outstanding breakfast, super friendly staff, family oriented hotel with game rooms, sauna, etc. Ski bus station right opposite entrance of the hotel.

The floor tiles in the sauna area becoming extremely slippery when they get wet - please consider replacing them to something more suitable for this purpose :)

The best burger in almost 2000 m

It’s very modern taking the consideration that it’s in a mountain :-). The staff are very friendly, the breakfast had a lot of variety to choose! And the highlight of our stay is the burger!!! OMG, it was so delicious!!! The best burger I have eaten up to now. It’s a must to try, you can create your burger according to your taste :-))). Super!!!
