Really wonderful place to stay, super attentive staff, superb cuisine and a beautiful spa area!!!

We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay soooo much, thank you :):):). Exceptional food, every day different with a very creative touch and so delicious!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful offering highly professional service. The spa area is like an oasis to recharge after a long day of ski - one of the nicest I have seen in Europe :):):). Highly recommend!!!

Herausragendes Hotel mit sehr viel "Licht" und nur ganz wenig "Schatten"

Die Lage des Hotels, der Ausblick aus den Zimmern, das Abendessen sowie die Zimmer selbst und deren Ausstattung waren sehr gut bis herausragend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ wenig Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Durch die Lage waren Wandertouren direkt vom Hotel aus problemlos möglich. Das Hotel strahlte eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre aus; wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Sauna-Bereich gab es weder Seife noch Shampoo. Entweder verzichtete man auf die - normalerweise notwendige - Reinigung vor dem Saunabesuch oder man war gezwungen, die notwendigen Mittelchen aus den Zimmern mitzunehmen. Einzelne Aspekte des Buffetts waren manchmal eher knapp bemessen: Naturjoghurt war einmal vor Ende der Frühstückszeit bereits aus, Brot wurde generell nur selbstgebackenes (mit wenig Auswahl) angeboten. Auch hierbei galt dann: wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst. Das mag aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit und Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung sehr lobenswert sein - für den Gast kann es aber auch ein wenig ärgerlich sein, wenn man nicht zu den "Early Birds" gehört.

Traumhaftes Hotel am Ortler

Ein kompletter gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, das exzellente Essen, das mehr als zuvorkommende Personal, die moderne Ausstattung und der kleine aber sehr liebevolle SPA Bereich lassen hier nichts vermissen.

Frühstücksbuffet : alles was das Herz begehrt Abendessen : täglich wechselndes interessantes Menu ( Auswahl ) regional und saisonal ! schöner neuer Wellnessbereich, Saunaaufguss Montags und Mittwochs von Walter !!! freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal familiengeführtes Hotel, freundlich, sachkundlich, hilfsbereit, stets anwesend bei Fragen oder Problemen Skibus vor der Haustür schöne helle Zimmer, gutes Bett, Tv, Minibar, Sitzgelegenheit, Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tischchen schöne Aussicht auf die Berge

Aufenthalt war zu kurz, hätten gerne noch länger genossen ;)

Wunderschöner Urlaub in sehr gutem Hotel im Hochgebirge

Sehr freundliche , engagierte und persönliche Aufnahme, Betreuung, Beratung. Sehr gute Küche/ Verpflegung. SPA Bereich sehr schön, Schwimmbad auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
