Servizi, cortesia dello staff e dimensioni camere.

Bagno cieco in camera con una finestra fissa senza oscurante che dà sul letto: di notte fastidiosa se uno usa il bagno. Tapparelle motorizzate centralizzate che si aprono e chiudono quando vogliono loro.

Qualità della colazione. La migliore della mia vita soprattutto per il salato e in quanto a varietà. Uova fresche al momento su ordinazione. Spa e piscina all' aperto fantastiche. In dotazione accappatoio e asciugamani per ogni persona. Tè e stuzzichini sempre disponibili...una coccola continua a ogni ora! Camera ampia con vista panoramica. Personale tutto cordiale e simpatico. Serata musicale con duo live acustico al bar una delle sere un plus aggiunto. Posizione ottima per un sacco di escursioni di ogni genere e difficoltà.

Qualche volta la sera a cena, visto anche il pienone della struttura di ferragosto, abbiamo aspettato un po' di più con confusione sulle ordinazioni, ma con la cortesia e la simpatia del personale si sono fatti ampiamente amare. Piccolo problema sulle tapparelle elettriche, che credo risolveranno presto dopo la nostra segnalazione.

Il personale, la pulizia, la cucina, la struttura in generale e la posizione con la vista eccezzionale

Nella nostra camera non c'era il bidè e il bagno con porta vetro molto fine, quindi poca privacy per l'uso del bagno.

The hotel is advertised as new but it seems like a few areas have not been renovated for example like the indoor pool and some rooms. For example, our room was exactly as advertised but it doesn’t seem like it had been renovated. However, it was clean and very spacious. Whereas the lobby, spa area and the rest of the hotel was new and beautiful with a minimal design. We enjoyed all the meals, breakfast has many options, lunch was really good and it was possible to have fish, meat and pasta made on request. Snack time was good with cakes and drinks. Dinner was excellent. The SPA area was very nice and completely new. A plus was that there were different herbal teas and dried fruits at all time. We had the all inclusive option but it had some limits time wise and not all drinks were included.

First of all, the lack of empathy, consideration and carelessness of the staff (most of them). Most of them would completely ignore you and not even say hello. We had a problem with the hairdryer that wasn’t working properly. We called the reception twice to ask if we could have another hairdryer as my hair was wet but they simply said that they didn’t have one and they would send someone to check. The guy came in and said he couldn’t fix it. The staff at the reception couldn’t care less and they didn’t even try to fix the situation and find a solution. They didn’t even bother to call the room or us directly to ask if the problem had been solved. The hotel was half empty and they didn’t even suggest changing the room or using the hairdryer in another room. I had to remain with damp hair for the whole night! It is totally unacceptable! I have never seen anything like this before! Another thing was that the water in the outside pool could have been a little warmer. The slippery floor outside was a hazard, only on the last day they put some salt.
