Short weekend

The hotel is advertised as new but it seems like a few areas have not been renovated for example like the indoor pool and some rooms. For example, our room was exactly as advertised but it doesn’t seem like it had been renovated. However, it was clean and very spacious. Whereas the lobby, spa area and the rest of the hotel was new and beautiful with a minimal design. We enjoyed all the meals, breakfast has many options, lunch was really good and it was possible to have fish, meat and pasta made on request. Snack time was good with cakes and drinks. Dinner was excellent. The SPA area was very nice and completely new. A plus was that there were different herbal teas and dried fruits at all time. We had the all inclusive option but it had some limits time wise and not all drinks were included.

First of all, the lack of empathy, consideration and carelessness of the staff (most of them). Most of them would completely ignore you and not even say hello. We had a problem with the hairdryer that wasn’t working properly. We called the reception twice to ask if we could have another hairdryer as my hair was wet but they simply said that they didn’t have one and they would send someone to check. The guy came in and said he couldn’t fix it. The staff at the reception couldn’t care less and they didn’t even try to fix the situation and find a solution. They didn’t even bother to call the room or us directly to ask if the problem had been solved. The hotel was half empty and they didn’t even suggest changing the room or using the hairdryer in another room. I had to remain with damp hair for the whole night! It is totally unacceptable! I have never seen anything like this before! Another thing was that the water in the outside pool could have been a little warmer. The slippery floor outside was a hazard, only on the last day they put some salt.

Arriving was a bit difficult if you don't have a car but otherwise everything was perfect.

Superb

Wellness area very good. Junior Suite very spacious. Restaurant was good. Skibus bringing to the main skiing area was free and stopping just in front of the hotel. For people having already ski equipment and ticket was possible to just start sking from the hotel (one of the slopes is just in front of the entrance)

Just a consideration: despite being in Italy, not everyone could speak good Italian in the hotel... was ok with English.

Het verblijf was echt geweldig

Het eten is voortreffelijk zowel ontbijt, lunch en diner. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage dit is top omdat het deze week behoorlijk had gesneeuwd.

Wat apart was dat er een glazen deur in de toilet zat en badkamer. Weet niet of dit in alle kamers zo is. Er is geen aparte badkamer.

ein sonniger gelungener Skiurlaub der keine Wünsche offen ließ

die Verpflegung war super ! Die Buffets waren reichlich - von allem etwas - Salate, Wurst- besonders der Südtiroler Speck - gegrilltes Gemüse, Smoothis .... Besonders gut fanden wir die Eierstation - Omelett, Spiegelei, Rührei ... Creps selbst backen Am Kaffeeautomaten alle möglichen Sorten von Capuccino, Espresso, Caffee crema, Latte ....etc. Fürs Abendessen wurde ausgewählt, je nach Geschmack - auch Vegan war möglich Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Doppelbett , 2 Schlafsofas extra, zwei Stühle Tisch,. Badezimmer, Bademantel und Badeschuhe für den Spabereich ; Schwimmbecken, Infrarotkabine , Sauna mit Blick auf die Berge und Außenwhirlpool
