A little run down hotel bit with good spa and family facilities

The wellness (pool, sauna etc) were very nice. Also great games room for young and older kids. Great view from balcony.

Breakfast was not the typical South Tyrol Standard we’re used to. Selection was good but tinned fruits, bought cakes and often had to wait for trays to be replaced. Missed the traditional South Tyrol cuisine. Otherwise evening menus were good and varied.

Everything was fine as I expected. Except of lot of flies in dinning room. It was very disturbing when I had breakfast or dinner...

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr gute Lage, zentral, Bus und Bahn in wenigen Min. erreichbar. Frisch zubereitetes, sehr leckeres Abendessen. Der Saunabereich ist super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Fitnessraum ist alles vorhanden um die Muskeln brennen zu lassen. Der Hund war willkommen und 15 Euro am Tag sind auch noch o.k. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Viele italienische Gäste gehen textil in den Saunabereich, welcher ab 15 Uhr textilfrei ist. Teilweise zu wenige Saunatücher vorhanden wenn man später kommt.

Die Bestuhlung auf unserem Balkon unseres Apartment war nicht so gut. Auf den vorhandenen Liegestühlen konnte man nicht gut sitzen.

Einfach schön!

Tolles Hotel in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort mit schönen Wanderwegen u. Guten Aussichten. Im Hotel gab es sehr gutes Essen. Es gibt allerdings nur Halbpension was Sinn macht, weil die Auswahl von anderen Lokalitäten begrenzt ist. Freundliches Personal und eine gute Atmosphäre.

Unser Bett war etwas zu weich u. etwas wackelig….Damit kann man aber mal leben.

Durch die hohe Auslastung der letzten Jahrzehnte wird die eine oder andere Abnutzungserscheinungen sichtbar. Zudem kommt das Personal im Service und in der Küche an seine Grenzen.

Per essere un 4 stelle ha delle lacune ...manutenzione ordinaria tralasciata....non funzionante sciacquone del wc ...accappatoio rotto ...asciugamani ruvidi...lenzuola con buchi ..solamente 2 cuscini e bassi...posizione davanti al cimitero...

Soggiorno complessivamente molto piacevole.

Posizione comoda per la visita della Val Venosta. Camera ampia e confortevole. Colazione normale (anche se manca servizio di bar/caffetteria). Cene ok. Staff molto gentile.

Avremmo gradito una migliore pulizia delle camere. Strano che due camere qualitativamente molto diverse (la nostra e quella dei ragazzi) siano state vendute allo stesso prezzo. A cena, ogni caraffa di acqua del rubinetto da un litro ci è stata fatta pagare 3,20 € !

Freundliches Haus mit freundlichen Menschen.

Freundliches Personal und aufmerksamer Service. Gute Küche und für ein Haus dieser Größe eine sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Auch Kinder sind gern gesehene Gäste.

Einzelzimmer wie so oft ein wenig lieblos. Dafür saß ich im Restaurant nicht am Katzentisch. 🤗

Troppo poco tempo per godere dei servizi offerti dalla struttura, torneremo

La zona relax, piscine e idro, impagabile la vista sulle montagne e su castel coira ,il buffet della colazione e dei dolci a fine cena Camere grandi e silenziose, borgo carino e tranquillo. I gestori cordiali.

Non è piaciuto è dire troppo, ma avrei gradito trovare il menù scritto anche in italiano.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kurzfristig Babybett ins geräumige Zimmer gestellt und Babystuhl im Esszimmer. Immer mitgedacht. Sehr schöne Umgebung (Park, Burg, Burgschenke). Whirlpool auf Dachterasse mit Aussicht ist grandios.

Kirchenuhr ziemlich laut, gleich daneben. Massagetermine nur bis 16 Uhr (war aber vielleicht eine Ausnahme).
