I had been in more confortable rooms which were much cheaper.

dinner was varied and well presented

No toast or english breakfast was available. room was not comfortable enough, no welcoming features like a bottle of water. too little plugs. Quilt too warm for this time of year while no other blankets were available. Because of this I couldnt sleep on most nights. No kettle and facilities for self made drinks were available. Also no desk or space for computer was available - hence could not work very comfortably. Safe was not working. Dinner was too expensive for the small portions given.

I've stayed here many times during the past 15 years and on every occasion it has been first class. The rooms are superb, the breakfast and evening dinner is outstanding and the owner and staff are faultless. You'll not find a better hotel in the area.

Spacious, elegant room and huge balcony with amazing view. The bathroom is also spacious with big mirror and big shower. The breakfast and the dinner were fantastic.

Piękny Urokliwy Rodzinny Hotel. Bardzo klimatycznie i gustownie urządzony. Wszędzie czyściutko. Bardzo miły kompetentny personel. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Pani właścicielka przemiła osoba wraz ze swoim wnukiem zawsze obecni i bardzo pomocni. Bardzo duży wybór i pięknie podane śniadania. Wyśmienite kolacje!!! Urokliwe i pachnące SPA z dostępnymi w cenie pobytu szlafrokami pantoflami i ręcznikami. Z balkonu przepiękny widok na góry i zabytkową wieżę. Duże bardzo czyste codziennie sprzątane pokoje . Szczerze polecam będziecie zachwyceni!!!

W tym hotelu na prawdę wszystko jest na najwyższym poziomie!!! Nie ma rzeczy która mi sie nie podobała.

ho usufruito delle mezza pensione: buona ed equilibrata. La posizione ottimale a ridosso del centro del paese di Malles per usufruire di supermercato e farmacia.

La temperatura della stanza non era confortevole (bassina) e non regolabile con sistema interno.

Se avessi avuto la camera che avevo scelto su booking poteva essere tutto di mio gradimento , peccato che mi sono ritrovata una camera completamente diversa.

La moquette in camera. Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con balcone e vista montagna , peccato che le foto della camera su booking non corrispondevano per nulla alla camera assegnata ( n° 25 ,3° piano). E' la prima volta che mi succede di non trovare la camera così come nelle foto.

Tolle Zimmer, top Design! Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal

Spezialessen Menü (laktosefrei) war bei Bestellung klar möglich und wäre keinerlei Problem. Nach Schichtwechsel im Restaurant plötzliches durcheinander beim Gangaustausch und 1 Gang ging gar nicht, da nicht laktosefrei und dann der Umgang damit. Beim Essen wurden wir um Verständnis gebeten, dass die Gänge sehr rasch aufeinander folgen würden, da der Koch noch einen privaten Termin hätte. (Essensbestellung erfolgte um 19 Uhr) Leider keine E-Ladesäule verfügbar.
