Superb

The room was beautiful, the stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from the window in the room was stunning.

The only problem was that they don’t have an Airconditioning system so we had to keep the windows open and there was a smell from the nearby cows.

Rude restaurant manager made dinner awkward

Both pools were cold (specially the one inside) and we couldn't stay in the water for more than 5 minutes. On the first night we were 20 minutes late for dinner because we were accidentally locked outside of our room and the restaurant manager started yelling at me that I should have known that the dinner started earlier. I apologized but he kept talking to me in a very rude manner and I was really embarrassed. This made this dinner and every meal afterwards at the restaurant extremely awkward for me and my husband. You shouldn't talk to your guests like that specially if it's a one time mistake and they are apologizing.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Burgeis

Der Mohrenwirt ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, wir haben besonders den schönen Spa Bereich genossen. Ein besonderes Highlight war außerdem sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet, sowie das Abendessen. Die Lage bietet einige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren oder für Tagesausflüge.

Sehr schön modernisierte Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Highlight war jeden Abend das 5-Gänge-Menü, besser kann man nicht kochen. Auch der Wellnessbereich liess kaum Wünsche offen.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das gesmate Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Familienmitglieder sind abwechselnd bei den Mahlzeiten zur Begrüssung vorbeigekommen. Der Verbindungsgang zwischen den beiden Gebäude ist mit Liebe gestaltet. Wunderschön. Saubere und gepflegte Anlege sowie auch Spa Bereich. Der Spabereich ist liebevoll gemacht und hat genügend verschiednee Ruheplätze. Kuscheldecken wurden in diversen Formen hingelegt. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Aufguss war super und sehr eindrucksvoll. Das Abendessen war sehr guter Qualität und fein. Es gab sogar Alternative Gerichte, wie Schnitzel oder Spätzli. Was ich sehr toll fand. (Meine Beleidigung konnte so, die klassichen Gerichte auswählen.) Wir konnten das Spa und Pool am Abreisetag ohne Zusatzkosten noch nutzen.

Das Willkommensgetränk wurde vergessen aber leider verrechnet. Im Spa Bereich könnte es beispielsweise noch Nüsse oder getrocknete Früchte zu den feinen Äpfel geben. (Getränke und Teeangebot war super.) Leider ist das Aktivprogramm also besonders Yoga und Aufguss am Samstag und Sonntag nicht vorhanden. Die Hoteleigne "App" wird leider nicht aktiv Betreut. Habe das Housekeeping abbestellt und noch eine Frage gestellt und dies wurde nicht beachtet.

Seit Jahren sind wir immer wieder gerne hier zu Gast. Tolles Frühstück, geräumige, schöne Zimmer, grossartiges Spa, gute Weinauswahl und sehr gutes Essen. Nicht zu vergessen: das gesamte freunfliche und sehr hilfsbereite Team!

Der beste Ort, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Ein spontanes Wochenende, das aus einer plötzlichen Idee entstanden ist – leider war es kurz, aber Ende Juni möchten wir wieder ein Wochenende dort verbringen, um einen erlebnisreichen Monat abzuschließen.

Colazione buona e abbondante. Anche la cena con diverse scelte ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative; inoltre ho chiesto la possibilità di cena vegana e devo dire che era tutto decisamente ottimo. Posizione buona, spa al di sopra delle aspettative, pulizia di tutta la struttura eccellente.

Das Personal ist hervorragend, hier gibt es einfach nichts auszusetzen. Liebevoll, sympathisches und authentisches Hotel. Mit Liebe zum Detail und Kunst sowie kulinarische Top-Leistung zu sehr fairen Preisen! Die Küche ist aussergewöhnlich und der Seniorchef ist einfach nur reizend. Wir hatten noch nie so einen authentischen und schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Frühstück, Weine und Abendessen hervorragend 1000 Dank an die Küche an den Senior Chef und Chefin sowie an das gesamte TEAM! Weiter so, wir kommen wieder. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite - es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen!!!!!!!!

Das Frühstückbuffet war der Hammer. Auch das Nachtessen war super. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gross und sauber. Das Hallenbad hatte lange öffnungszeiten. Genau nach unserem Geschmack. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
