Very good size and big room and private balcony for family room with good view scenes. Breakfast and dinner serve very good. Catering three courses dinner. The chef can cook any special dishes and portion for young children, charge with reasonable price. Lift access to every floors. Restaurant pub is available at night time, children and friends can have a fun time and gathering. Owners very nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again in future.
Room key too big and have no hooks to hung clothes in toilet. No shoes track or shoes tray can keep mouldy shoes. No fridge, water kettle, beverages and bin in the room. Handling of foods allergies need to improve and take more careful. Menu shall improve of food allergies symbols for dishes. The family room in groud floor the toilet very old and stinky smell. The previous guest might has pet stay in the room before. Strong smell of dog pet, animal furs found somewhere in the room. But the double bed room we stayed have no such problem, very clean and a morden luxury toilet. So, need to mention no pet room to book if you mind.

The ski room and location, that was about it really. It’s has so much potential though.
Close to main ski lift, supermarket next door worth stocking up on wine drinks snacks.
Old fashioned, noisy Italian school kids screaming down corridors, acting like they owned place, moving my families skis to another room without asking. Hotel owner telling me to park in car park under hotel saying it’s free then trying to charge me for it at the end, adding tourist tax to my bill when I had already paid on bookings.com, adding drinks to my bill that we’d not had, all in all total 205 euros was sneaked onto my bill. In fairnesses when I pointed them out there was no argument and he removed but it’s not the point is it people may not notice.
Restaurant was not suitable for kids, I expect to come to Italy and have lasagna pizza cannelloni all home made, and chips at least for my little ones but set in ways and would not alter a set menu of 20 euros each, we ate out every night which was not planned after first night bad experience. There are brilliant restaurants in town such as the pizzeria wood oven baked for 8 euros a head.
Such a shame as the hotel has so much potential.
Breakfast was acceptable though.
Bar was empty and no atmosphere, so bar centro made up for that.
Would not recommend staying other than right next to Santa caterinas main lift.
