Stunning location, exceptional service, clean and very well managed Hotel.

From the moment we arrived in the spacious car park, the hotel looked outstanding surrounded by the beautiful Stelvio National Park, we was made to feel most welcome, the check in process was quick and the room was spacious and immaculate, a real attention to detail throughout the hotel, coming from a background in teaching hospitality and business improvement I'm not easily impressed, but I was. We booked a table for the evening meal, which was superb, the quality of the food and again the tentative service was spot on, as can be said for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the whole team.

Holiday road trip

Check-in was great, room was great. Parking was great also.

The mattress was plain awful, way too soft, and there was a huge sinkhole in the middle. Your sole purpose as a hotel is to provide a good night's rest on a quality mattress, and this completely failed to deliver.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, unser Zimmer war modern und geräumig, dazu hatten wir einen schönem Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, dazu konnte man sich verschiedene Eierspeisen frisch bestellen. Am Abend wurde für die Gäste ein Menu gekocht, das wirklich außergewöhnlich gut war.

Wir hätten uns beim Frühstück lediglich frische O-Saft gewünscht. Die bereitgestellten Säfte waren sehr süß.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr geräumig mit einer schönen Aussicht - absolut empfehlenswert. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut, geschmackvoll und zusätzlich sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, qualitativ sehr hochwertig und eine Gaumenfreude. Die Chefleute und das Service großartig. Pobyt tylko na jedną noc, ale to wystarczyło, żeby zachwycić się obiektem. Czysto, komfortowo, profesjonalnie i wygodnie. Pokój z balkonem z widokiem na góry - bezapelacyjnie świetny. Komfort pokoju idealny. Restauracja profesjonalna, dania przepyszne. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Możliwość przechowania rowerów w ogrzewanym pomieszczeniu.

Hotel mit suchtgefahr

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat für jeden noch so ungewöhnlichen Wunsch eine Lösung. Alles ist sehr suber und top eingerichtet. Den guten Rezessionen kann ich nur zustimmen. Da werde ich wieder buchen.

Hotel in un ottima posizione, pulito e accogliente. Cena e colazione abbondanti e squisite, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Si raggiungono facilmente le piste da ski e molto comodo anche il deposito ski dell'hotel. Inoltre si può usufruire di una spa molto pulita e fornita di asciugamani e diverse tipologie di tè, tisane... Tutto perfetto lo consiglio!
