Central location not far from river (as I was traveling by bike)
Bike friendly (good bike storage)
Next to a very good italian restaurant with a nice terrace
Decent breakfast
Small room under the roof with no ventilation and only a small ceiling window was like a sauna and too hot to sleep well. (For >€100 I expect a decent sleep!)
Ceiling window opened next to the furnace chimney which was very loud until late in the evening.
