It’s a family owned guest house. And the family is really nice. Room was bigger than we expected. The view from balcony is great.

The linens of some synthetic material were not that comfortable. Cotton would feel better.

Breakfast was good. nice bathroom. There is a car park but space seemed limited

No sleep due to traffic noise. Booked 2 single rooms and property is on the main road and both rooms on that side of the building. Very poor soundproofing so hear noises from hall or outside. Maybe less traffic in winter but in summer noise until midnight and first truck at 4am. Rooms extremely basic. Photos on listing are the other side of building which is on nice quiet village street. If room is on that side probably much quieter.

Personnel was very friendly and accommodating. They left the key for us outside since we arrived late. Breakfast was very good. Location, even though not on the slopes, is convenient, with 4 ski resorts 20 minutes drive away (Samnaun, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Fendels). Price to quality ratio very high.

The beds could be harder and pillows larger.

Nice view Comfortable bed Breakfast was nice. No extra charge for more coffee. Staff and guests were super nice.

Side table had ciggerate ash and tabacco next to the bed. Shower area was very small. Max 1 person could fit.
