Superb

The hotel is in a good location, a bit away from the busy main streets. Room is clean and all equipment is new. We have a big terrace, shared with neighbors, but that time is was nobody here. the bad was very comfortable and stable. The breakfast was good and personal at the reception and in canteen was friendly.

The cleaning lady wanted us to check out earlier even though the official check out time is 11 am. We did not like that she opened the door to the room when we were not dressed. And unfortunately it was no look in the door.

Amazing hotel

The room was simply amazing. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and does everything to make you feel at home. In the morning there is plenty of choice for breakfast and in the afternoon you can wind down in the spa. They offer a locker near the ski lift to store your gear, which makes the walk to the hotel a lot easier.

Stunning location. Very helpful owner.

The hotel occupies a prominent location at the top end of Serhaus village overlooking stunning views in all directions. Good basic facilities available. Breakfast is good. What really made our stay was the extremely helpful attitude of the lady owner from the start. She really couldnt do enough. Nice little bar on site in which to relax. Very reasonable prices and choice for beers and wines. After a wet and misty arrival she offered me the next day the chance to jet wash down the motorbike and even provided a towel and cleaning fluid. It clearly is a vibrant place in winter for the winter sports but dont expect too much life in Serfhaus in the summer. Limited bars and eating available and open. Overall a great stop and location in which to visit the amazing mountain scenery around.

A little disappointed we couldnt stay in the hotel and eat an evening meal as the menu looked very good. We would have thought that as guests staying this would have been possible. As it was we were directed to a hotel next door where the staff were not very welcoming.

Prima hotel met gunstige ligging.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, mooie kamer, fijn bed en douche was ook prima! Op de dag van uitchecken mochten we in de wellness douchen na het skien. We hebben verder geen gebruik gemaakt van de sauna's, maar het zag er allemaal goed uit.

We kwamen 1x terug met hele natte skipakken en dan mis je eigenlijk de ruimte op de kamer om het op te hangen om te drogen. Wanneer je slecht ter been bent, is het een hele klim vanuit het dorp om lopend terug te gaan daar het hotel bovenop de bult ligt.

Prima moderne kamers met lekker ontbijt en uitgebreide wellness.

Mooie moderne kamers, met balkon, ideaal. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Uitgebreide fijne wellness. Leuk dat ze van duurzaamheid een beloning maken, erg origineel.

Het ligt een beetje op een berg. Maar Max 10 minuten lopen naar her centrum en de liften.

Perfect hotel met een fijne gastvrijheid

Hotel staat aangeschreven als 3 sterren hotel. Echter is dit hotel zeker meer waard. Alles is goed geregeld. De kamers zijn prachtig en schoon en het ontbijt is heerlijk! 3 nachten hier geslapen en we hebben geen minpunten ontdekt.
