Overall, if you exclude the rudeness of the staff, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.

👍 What we liked • The apartment was nice and clean. • The spa was excellent — truly 5-star level and very enjoyable. - the location of the hotel is SUPER central and close to the lifts.

👎 What could be improved • The heating was off for many hours, so the apartment was sometimes cold. • The toilet fan was not working. • The kitchen table had sharp, unprotected corners — I hit my foot and even cut it slightly, which is a safety concern. • The breakfast was not worth €20 per person in our opinion. • The staff attitude was extremely disappointing. They were consistently rude and unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable rather than like guests. Communication was also a problem since no one spoke English. Honestly, if it were possible to give a negative score for staff, I would rate them -10. This was by far the worst part of the experience.

Location is very good, beds are very comfortable, size of rooms is very good, the lady in the front desk was very friendly. Furniture are in a high quality

the furniture and the appliances are in a very good quality but it looks like it has been a long time since they were bought and you can really feel they require maintenance . Also, we stayed in the first floor and it was noisy late in the nights (due to the restaurant in the ground floor). You should also note that everything requires extra payment, like parking, breakfast and even the coffee capsules in the room.

Th hotel has a great location in the Serfaus centre, close to the U-bahn. The hotel has a parking space, so no problem at all to reach it by car. The room is clean, spacious and had mountain view on the nice balcony. The breakfast is really great and all staff is friendly and helpful. We were allowed to park in the hotels parking space even after checkout. The hotel has a very nice and clean pool and sauna area.

The hotel bar / restaurant has a limited menu, so you have to eat out. Eating out is not a problem, we can recommend the Mexican restaurant in Serfaus.

Everything. Great location, very close to ski gondola, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Well maintained. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen with all you need for basic cooking (for those who prefer to have breakfast or dinner on site) Great Spa.

Parking lot was expensive, found it only during checkout.

Staff non presente , ragazza della reception maleducata, non parlano lingue tranne tedesco , parcheggio a pagamento con sempre macchine nel mezzo ad ostruire il passaggio , appartamento in una soffitta con tetto basso , al momento della restituzione chiavi richieste spese non concordate al momento della prenotazione, grande maleducazione

War nett aber Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht.

Lage war super. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelladen gleich daneben. Freundliches Personal.

In den 6 Tagen kam nie jemand um das Zimmer zu reinigen oder den Müll zu leeren. Da wir gekocht haben, hat der Müll zu stinken begonnen und das war nicht sehr angenehm. Mein Auto konnte ich am letzten Tag aus Platzgründen dort nicht stehen lassen, jedoch den Parkplatz musste ich trotzdem bezahlen, wie auch dan beim Eingang von Serfaus wo ich es parkieren konnte.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage

Wir haben uns im Hotel Universo sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war immer total nett, die Zimmer sauber und die Suite war auch gut eingerichtet. Der Wellness Bereich war Klasse und selbst der Pool war größer als gedacht. Unsere Kinder, 5 und 8 Jahre, waren begeistert. Die Lage ist perfekt, drei Häuser weiter ist die Zentrale U Bahn Station und selbst zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten bei den Gondeln. Nebenan war ein gut bestückter Supermarkt, gegenüber war eine frische Bäckerei und das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden es voll weiterempfehlen.

Im Wellness Bereich wäre ein Uhr an der Wand ganz praktisch. Sonst gibt es nichts negatives.

We hadden tijdens het verblijf een ware vliegenplaag op het terras en in het restaurant van het hotel. Bij andere hotels/terrassen en restaurants was dit eigenlijk niet zo. Erg vervelend, het leek erop dat er ook niets ondernomen werd om het tegen te gaan of te verminderen.

Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit entspannendem Spa, das durch kleine Mängel im Alltag etwas an Komfort verlie

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, was viel Komfort und Privatsphäre bietet. Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Auch der Spa-Bereich mit Pool und Sauna war sehr schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag.

Ein paar Punkte haben uns allerdings gestört: Der Essbereich war für vier Personen leider etwas zu klein, was das gemeinsame Essen etwas ungemütlich machte. Die Lüftung in den Badezimmern war außerdem extrem laut – das war auf Dauer recht störend. Ein echter Minuspunkt war der Parkplatz: Dieser befand sich nicht an der Unterkunft selbst, sondern am anderen Ende des Dorfes. Dafür dann auch noch 15 € pro Tag zu verlangen, fanden wir unangemessen.

Perfekter Urlaub !!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Universo war einfach Traumhaft- ein echtes Wohlfühlhotel in perfekter Lage! Man merkt sofort, das hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Das gesamte Team war stets aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich- ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zlmmer sind modern, stilvoll und sehr sauber . Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertige- mit vielen frischen Produkten. Der Wellnessbereich ist kleiner, aber sehr fein- genau das Richtige, um nach einem aktiven Tag in den Bergen zu entspannen. Die Lage des Hotels: ruhig, aber zentral in Serfaus gelegen. Die Seilbahnen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !!!

Hätte mir vom Hallenbad mehr erwartet, war mit Kindern zu klein. War leider mit Kinder nicht ideal. Der Service von der Kellnerin am Abend, war leider so Lustlos/null Bock gefühlt.

Het water van de douche liep van bij het begin niet goed door waardoor we een fles ontstopper hebben moeten kopen. We wilden dit melden bij het personeel maar dit was niet aanwezig. Ook zouden de parkingkosten inbegrepen gezeten hebben in de prijs maar dit was niet het geval. Het appartement was eerder klein maar alles was aanwezig en de bedden waren heerlijk. Ook het terras was gezellig.

Wir hatten ein Appartement was leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. Hatten etwas moderneres erwartet. Balkon/Terrasse auch von Nachbarzimmer begehbar. Preis Leistung nicht angemessen. Parkplatzsituation etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Standen bei der Nachbarin vor dem Haus, wurden auch dort angesprochen und mussten uns erklären. Gezahlt haben wir die „Garage“dennoch voll.
