Ein sehr gutes Hotel in einem perfekten Familienschigebiet. Wir kommen natürlich gerne wieder!

Angenehm beim Frühstück war, dass man sich keine Gedanken über den Sitzplatz machen brauchte. die Tische waren bereits für alle Zimmer reserviert. Frühaufsteher würden sich freuen, wenn sie bereits um 7:00 frühstücken könnten und nicht erst um 7:30

Besser wären vielleicht noch mehr Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Der Fußmarsch am letzten Tag mit der gesamten Schiausrüstung vom Schi-Depot bis zum Parkplatz war nach einem ganzen Schitag schon eine körperliche Herausforderung. Vielleicht hätten wir doch fragen sollen, ob uns wer mit dem Hoteltaxi hinbringen könnte. An alle Hotel-Betreiber von Serfaus: Im Internetzeitalter wäre es sicher leicht möglich, die Quartiere auch in der Hochsaison nicht nur von Samstag bis Samstag buchen zu können. Da Serfaus ohnehin immer ausgebucht ist, braucht sich kein Quartiergeber um Leerstände zu sorgen. Selbst für Lücken in der Belegung finden sich immer noch Urlauber, die nur 1 - 3 Tage buchen wollen. Und wenn jemand früher abreisen muss und das freie Zimmer nochmals vergeben werden kann, gleicht das sicher den Verlust aus, wenn sich einmal doch niemand für die Lücken finden sollte. Es gibt jedenfalls nicht Entspannteres, als wochentags an- und abzureisen.
